Abstract

These study reports the comprehensive study about rebuilt the business resilience is very important to achieve the rise industry, with women entrepreneurs because of their important role in the rising of national economy. Most business organizations in Indonesia have experienced disruption caused by the covid-19 pandemic, not a few have ended up bankrupt and unable to survive. For this reason, businesswomen need to manage marketing activities with adaptation and flexible innovation in accordance with the potential of MSMEs through current agile business and marketing strategy. This research aims to formulate a framework for business revival after a crisis such as Covid-19. It is hoped that this research can provide input regarding effective procedures for business organizations in dealing with business disruption for women business owners. This research aims to formulate a framework for business women entrepreneurs’ revival during and after a crisis like covid-19 with qualitative method. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this research to obtain an overview of the situation experienced by MSMEs. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and documentation, using a purposive sampling method in selecting research sources. Source triangulation and technique triangulation methods were used in this research to ensure data validity. The data source for this research is 10 female business MSME owners in Tangerang Banten Indonesia. The results of this research show that agile, adaptation, and innovation, can be used as solutions to deal with business disruption and solutions in business optimization

Abstract

The study focused on the purpose of finding out the effect and the roles challenges faced by activists in the JPC Jakarta Foundation community in their efforts to prevent HIV and AIDS infections among LGBT people in Jakarta. This study applies a qualitative approach to observe the activities carried out by activists in three areas in the DKI Jakarta Province of Indonesia. The activities of the activists include field and online outreach, interactive group discussions, HIV counseling and testing, distribution of condoms and pelicans for LGBT youth, and social support for people living with HIV and AIDS (PLWHA). This study uses the theory of social action and symbolic interactionism to analyze the activities carried out by activists. This study found that the activities carried out by volunteer activists of the JPC Jakarta foundation in 2023. The study shows the results of the formation of rational-instrumental social action and a symbolic interaction in the context of HIV and AIDS prevention, with the LGBT community being a group affected by the increasing deviation of social media among the younger generation, especially Gen Z.

Abstract

Kajian ini membahas kisah dua malaikat, harut dan marut, yang disebut dalam surah al-baqarah ayat 102 sebagai makhluk ilahi yang diturunkan di babilonia untuk mengajarkan sihir kepada manusia sebagai bentuk ujian. melalui pendekatan literature review, studi ini menelusuri berbagai tafsir klasik dan pemikiran modern guna memahami makna teologis, moral, dan historis dari narasi tersebut. penelitian ini juga menyingkap keterkaitan antara sihir, kekuasaan, dan pencarian manusia terhadap pengetahuan transenden, baik dalam konteks tradisi islam maupun intertekstualitas dengan tradisi yahudi-kristen. temuan mengungkap bahwa pengajaran sihir oleh harut dan marut bukan bentuk penyimpangan malaikat, melainkan ujian yang menegaskan kehendak bebas manusia dan tanggung jawab moral atas ilmu yang dipelajarinya. pemahaman terhadap sihir dalam islam menyoroti batas antara ilmu yang bermanfaat dan yang menyesatkan, serta menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik manusia terhadap kekuatan gaib mencerminkan pencarian eksistensial yang melintasi zaman.
