Abstrak: Permasalahan utama pendidikan dasar adalah rendahnya minat belajar siswa serta keterbatasan guru dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran inovatif. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui penerapan pembelajaran berbasis STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu sosialisasi, demonstrasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa guru memperoleh pemahaman baru tentang pentingnya integrasi sains, teknologi, teknik, dan matematika dalam pemecahan masalah nyata. Beberapa guru juga menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan dalam merancang pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan interaktif. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner berupa pertanyaan teknis seputar materi, serta observasi kualitatif terhadap guru selama kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi ditunjukkan melalui penilaian post-test sebesar 73 poin, meningkat 1,39% dibanding penilaian pre-test yang mencerminkan keberhasilan program dalam memperkuat kompetensi guru. Program ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam mendorong inovasi pembelajaran yang berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar.Abstract: The main problems in basic education are low student interest in learning and teachers' limitations in applying innovative learning methods. This Community Service Program aims to improve teacher competence through the application of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) based learning. The activities were carried out in three stages, namely socialization, demonstration, and evaluation. The results of the activities show that teachers gained a new understanding of the importance of integrating science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in solving real-world problems. Several teachers also showed an improvement in their skills in designing contextual and interactive learning. The evaluation was conducted using a questionnaire consisting of technical questions about the material, as well as qualitative observations of teachers during the activities. The evaluation results were reflected in a post-test score of 73 points, an increase of 1.39% compared to the pre-test score, which reflects the program's success in strengthening teachers' competencies. This program is expected to be the first step in encouraging learning innovations that have the potential to improve the quality of basic education.
