Abstract

This research included in the research field (Field Resarch) are purely qualitative. As for the subject of the study i.e. principals, Islamic education, Teachers and students of class X SMA NURUL IMAN Palembang. While the collection of data in this study using the method of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The analysis in this study uses data reduction techniques, presentation of data and verification. The results of this research is to 1). There is a positive and significant role of competence education teachers of Islamic religion in fostering social attitude 2). The attitude of Social discipline and cooperation of students is already good, disciplined students already in the school and the role of Teacher Education coupled with the religion of Islam to be quite good. 3.) factor endowments in the cultivation of the social attitudes of HIGH SCHOOL students at NURUL IMAN Palembang was school rules or code of conduct compulsory school students observe, the teacher shows a great attitude towards students, teachers reprimand students whenever students are less invited to well, as well as the teacher always invites students to cooperate in maintaining and cleaning up the environment of the school.

Abstract

Citrus amblycarpa possesses various pharmacological activities, such as antioxidant, anticancer, antitumor, hepatoprotective, anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic, antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal. The main active compounds in C. amblycarpa (including gamma (γ)-aminobutyric acid [GABA], hesperidin, naringin, neoeriocitrin, poncirin, quercetin, and rutin) show potential to interact with the inflammatory proteins in hepatic steatosis (such as nuclear factor kappa beta [NF-kB], tumor necrosis alpha [TNF-alpha], interleukin-6 [IL-6], c-Jun NH2-terminal kinase [JNK], and adiponectin). Molecular docking simulations were performed using Swiss Dock (http://www.swissdock.ch/), and analysis and visualization were conducted using Discovery Studio 4.1. Rutin, poncirin, hesperidin, and neoeriocitrin exhibit high affinities to NF-κB, TNF-alpha, IL-6, and adiponectin proteins, respectively. Similar to curcumin–adiponectin complex interaction, neoeriocitrin–adiponectin interaction involves GLY 223, PRO41, and VAL93 residues. Thus, the most potent inhibitor of hepatic sterosis marker was neoeriocitrin.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya alam di sektor pertanian memerlukan pendekatan yang efisien dan berkelanjutan untuk menghadapi tantangan seperti perubahan iklim dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Teknologi informasi, termasuk Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM), IoT, dan GIS, menawarkan solusi potensial untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keberlanjutan dalam pengelolaan pertanian. Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi penelitian yang telah dilakukan mengenai penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam di sektor pertanian, mengidentifikasi kesenjangan penelitian, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk penelitian di masa depan. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa IoT dan sensor dapat meningkatkan efisiensi irigasi dan manajemen lahan. GIS dan penginderaan jauh digunakan untuk pemetaan lahan dan monitoring tanaman, sementara pengembangan agrowisata dapat mendukung keberlanjutan pertanian. Namun, terdapat kesenjangan dalam akses teknologi bagi petani kecil, implementasi skala besar, dan integrasi data. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengatasi tantangan ini dan mendukung adopsi teknologi yang lebih luas di sektor pertanian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen berbasis web untuk Fun Bread Bakery menggunakan metode prototype. Metode ini dipilih karena memungkinkan pengembangan yang iteratif dan responsif terhadap umpan balik pengguna, memastikan aplikasi memenuhi kebutuhan secara optimal. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mengintegrasikan berbagai aspek manajemen, termasuk pemesanan, produksi, inventory, dan penjualan, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dikembangkan berhasil mengoptimalkan proses bisnis, mempercepat alur kerja, dan memberikan laporan yang lebih akurat untuk pengambilan keputusan di Fun Bread Bakery.

Abstract

Identifikasi tingkat kematangan buah pisang merupakan aspek penting dalam industri pertanian dan distribusi buah untuk memastikan kualitas produk yang diterima oleh konsumen, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem otomatis yang dapat mengidentifikasi tingkat kematangan buah pisang menggunakan metode YOLO atau You Only Look Once. YOLO merupakan algoritma deteksi objek yang efisien dan dapat mendeteksi serta mengklasifikasi objek dalam waktu nyata atau real time. Dalam penelitian ini, kami mengumpulkan dataset gambar buah pisang yang didapat dari situs Kaggle: Your Machine Learning and Data Science Community dari berbagai tingkat kematangan, mulai dari mentah hingga matang. Gambar-gambar ini kemudian dilabeli untuk digunakan dalam training model YOLO. Setelah pelatihan, model ini diuji dengan dataset terpisah untuk mengevaluasi kinerjanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model YOLO mampu mengidentifikasi tingkat kematangan buah pisang dengan akurasi rata-rata sebesar 80%. Implementasi metode ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi proses sortasi di industri, tetapi juga mengurangi kesalahan manusia dalam penilaian tingkat kematangan. Temuan ini menunjukkan potensi besar penggunaan teknologi deteksi objek dalam aplikasi pertanian, khususnya dalam aplikasi pertanian, khususnya dalam pengelolaan pasokan buah pisang.

Abstract

This paper attempts to explain the process of conflict reconciliation within the Sunni-Shia conflict in Sampang, Madura. The research tries to analyze the process and progress of the Sunni-Shia conflict through the discourse of state failure. It will not only figure out the discourse through political or security perspective, but also tries to view the failure and the weakness of the state from the conflict-transformation and social perspective. This research aims to look at how religious identity has been played within the process of conflict reconciliation and how the state failed to solve the Shia-Sunni conflict in Sampang. In doing so, the paper explains the history of Shia in Sampang Madura, the chronology of the conflict and its escalation, and the absence of the state within the long process of reconciliation.

Abstract

This article investigates the acculturation of Islam with the Aboge community and addresses two primary issues: firstly, the position of Islam Aboge between traditional heritage and a religious sect; and secondly, its adaptation in the face of changing times. The research employs a qualitative methodology with field research as the primary approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and document analysis, while data analysis involves thematic analysis to identify patterns and themes in the integration of Islam and Aboge traditions. The findings reveal that Islam Aboge, as a hereditary tradition, remains prevalent among local communities in East Java, particularly in Probolinggo and Jember, where it is embraced by many ethnic Madurese. This cultural interaction has enabled the Islam Aboge community to coexist with mainstream Islamic society. While Islam Aboge shows some similarities with the Abangan typology in Clifford Geertz’s framework, the community retains fundamental Islamic practices such as prayer and fasting, maintaining a distinct religious identity. However, the community faces challenges from modernization, having led to a gradual shift toward mainstream Islam and a decline in adherence to Aboge traditions. This study contributes to the understanding of Islamic acculturation in local contexts and the dynamics of religious identity in the face of social change. It highlights the complexities of maintaining traditional religious practices within modern societal structures. The findings provide valuable insights into the interaction between religion and culture, enriching discussions on religious pluralism and heritage preservation

Abstract

The aimed of this study was to determined whether there was an influence of the teacher's communication model during online learning on student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 5 Lhokseumawe. This study uses a quantitative research approach with experimental methods in the form of quasi-experiments. The population of this study were all students of SMA Negeri 5 Lhokseumawe. The sample is students in grades XI-1 and X1-2 in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 5 Lhokseumawe for the 2022/2023 academic year. Student learning outcomes tests consist of questions in the form of descriptions given after learning. After the data is obtained from the results of the pre-test and post-test, data processing is carried out. Data processing is done based on the problems in this study. Beginning with conducting data analysis prerequisite tests such as homogeneity and normality tests before analyzing the hypothesis using the t-test. Based on the statistical test results it is known that the Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.001 0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. Thus it can be said that there are differences between the Experimental class and the Control class. Because there is a significant difference, it can be said that there is an influence of the teacher's communication model in online learning on student learning outcomes at SMAN 5 Lhokseumawe.

Abstract

Teh menjadi minuman yang biasa dikonsumsi oleh sebagian masyarakat dan salah satu minuman yang banyak dikenal oleh seluruh dunia, yang dihasilkan dari pucuk daun muda tanaman Camellia sinensis. Berdasarkan proses pengolahannya, teh dapat dikategorikan menjadi berbagai jenis, termasuk teh hitam, teh oolong, teh hijau, dan teh putih. Tanaman teh dikenal kaya akan senyawa polifenol, yang memiliki potensi sebagai agen antioksidan dan memberikan berbagai manfaat kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi aktivitas antioksidan pada teh celup, yang merupakan produk minuman fungsional yang banyak dikonsumsi masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah DPPH (2,2-difenil-1-pikrilhidrazil), di mana absorbansi dari sampel diukur menggunakan spektrofotometer dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menilai efektivitas antioksidan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan nilai persen inhibisi, yang mengindikasikan adanya aktivitas antioksidan dalam sampel teh celup. Dari pengukuran tersebut, diperoleh nilai IC50 sebesar 326,542 µg/mL, yang menunjukkan bahwa teh celup memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang tergolong sangat lemah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa meskipun teh celup mengandung senyawa yang memiliki potensi antioksidan, efektivitasnya dalam mengatasi radikal bebas masih rendah, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai IC50 yang tinggi.
