Abstract

Model Interaksi Langsung adalah metode pembelajaran yang berfokus pada interaksi langsung antara guru dan siswa, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa melalui pengalaman praktik atau demonstrasi. Dalam konteks bola voli, Model Interaksi Langsung dapat digunakan untuk mengajarkan teknik dasar seperti passing bawah dan passing atas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh model interaksi langsung terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar passing bawah dan passing atas dalam permainan bola voli terhadap sikap kerja sama siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 3 Karawang Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design, melalui 3 tahap uji yakni uji normalitas, uji homogenitas serta uji paired saimpel. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model interaksi langsung, dan kelompok kontrol yang mendapatkan pembelajaran konvensional tanpa model interaksi langsung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pretest dan protest kemampuan teknik dasar passing bawah dan passing atas serta angket sikap kerja sama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelas X SMK Negeri 3 Karawang Barat yang telah mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan model interaksi langsung mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan teknik dasar passing bawah dan passing atas dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Selain itu, terdapat juga peningkatan sikap kerja sama pada siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model interaksi langsung. Dengan demikian, model interaksi langsung memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar passing bawah dan passing atas dalam permainan bola voli serta sikap kerja sama siswa. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar model interaksi langsung dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran bola voli di sekolah-sekolah guna meningkatkan kemampuan teknik dasar dan sikap kerja sama siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and students' ability in performing forward roll floor gymnastics at SMPN 1 Karawang Timur. The background of this research is based on field findings that most students experience difficulties in performing the forward roll movement, which is suspected to be caused by a lack of learning motivation, fear of injury, and low self-confidence. This study employs a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The instruments used include a learning motivation questionnaire and a practical test of forward roll skills, with a sample of 36 students selected purposively. Based on the data analysis, a correlation coefficient of 0.845 was obtained, which falls into the strong category, along with a significance value of 0.000 (p 0.05), indicating a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and the ability to perform the forward roll. These results suggest that the higher the students' learning motivation, the better their ability to master the gymnastics movement. This research highlights the importance of motivation in the physical education learning process and recommends that PE teachers develop teaching strategies that can enhance students' motivation in motor learning.
