Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui permainan Catch and run mampu meningkatkan ketrampilan dribble bola basket pada ekstrakulikuler SMAN I Karawang, Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif eksperimen. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini Desigan One Grup Pretest Posttest Desigan dengan sample 20 siswi yang mengikuti ekstrakulikuler. Analisis data yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis, dalam penelitian ini berhasil menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap sampel yang dilatih hal ini dapat di buktikan dengan dengan t hitung 23,392 > t tabel 2,021, dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 15,76, lebih baik dari pada nilai rata –rata pretest sebesar 20,45.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hasil kepercayaan diri dalam permainan futsal siswi di SMA Negeri 1 Pamanukan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota ekstrakurikuler futsal putri di SMA Negeri 1 Pamanukan dengan jumlah responden 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei, adapun teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket, angket dalam penelitian ini berbentuk skala likert. Hasil penelitian tersebut diketahui Tingkat Kepercayaan Diri dalam Permainan Futsal Peserta Ekstrakurikuler Siswi yang menyatakan pada kategori “sangat baik”dengan persentase 10%, pada kategori “baik” dengan persentase 20%, pada kategori “cukup baik”dengan persentase 46,7%, pada kategori “kurang baik” dengan persentase 20%, dan pada kategori “sangat kurang baik” dengan persentase 3,4%. Kata Kunci: Percaya Diri, Ekstrakurikuler, Futsal ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out the results of confidence in the game of futsal students at SMA Negeri 1 Pamanukan.The subjects in this study were all extracurricular members of women's futsal at SMA Negeri 1 Pamanukan with a total of 30 respondents.The data collection techniques conducted in this study are quantitative descriptive research.The method used is survey, as for data retrieval techniques using questionnaires, the questionnaires in this study are in the form of likert scales.The results of the study were known confidence levels in futsal games extracurricular participants who stated in the category of "excellent"with a percentage of 10%, in the category of "good" with a percentage of 20%, in the category of "good enough"with a percentage of 46.7%, in the category of "less good" with a percentage of 20%, and in the category of "very poor" with a percentage of 3.4%. Abstract

Physical and health education is one of the teaching and learning activities provided by teachers to students which aims to provide movement learning experiences as an effort to develop The potential possessed by students. Teaching style according to the term, namely (teaching style) is often replaced by the term teaching strategy (teaching strategy) whose meaning is considered the same, namely strategies to encourage student participation in carrying out the tasks given. This research was based on government efforts and policies that are in accordance with students' needs in learning and self-development, in terms of knowledge (cognitive), attitudes (affective) and movement skills (psychomotor). The aim to be achieved in this research is to reveal data regarding the use of the Guided Discovery Teaching Style in Learning Football Passing in Class VIII at SMP Negeri 2 Ciasem. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were the sources of information, namely 4 class VIII students studying at SMP Negeri 2 Ciasem and 1 teacher. Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan mengenalkan aplikasi digital untuk guru-guru Penjas dari hasil penelitian aplikasi ini memudahkan pengajaran khususnya pembelajaran praktek senam, karena untuk pembelajaran praktek waktu di sekolah tidak fleksibel dan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut dibuatkanlah aplikasi android untuk pembelajaran praktek, sesuai nama aplikasinya Senam E-Learning didalam isi aplikasi terdapat gambar bergerak untuk mencontohkan step by step pergerakan gerak senam yang biasa dipelajari pada saat di sekolah, jadi aplikasi ini bisa membantu didalam dunia pendidikan dengan teknologi terbaru yang digagas industri 5.0 tentang kemajuan di bidang pendidikan yang menggunakan digital, untuk menghasilkan pembelajaran yang lebih mudah, Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktek langsung penggunaan Aplikasi, dari hasil sosialisasi guru-guru Penjas sangat antusias menerima asupan materi tentang pengenalan aplikasi dan merasa terbantu untuk pembelajaran praktek di sekolah maupun di rumah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the drill training method on efforts to improve passing skills in futsal games. The method used in this research is quantitative with experimental method and type of one group pretest and posttest. The population in this study were 14 people and used total sampling. The instrument used in this study is a type of skill test instrument. The data analysis technique used in this study is using SPSS. The results of the Levene statistical value are 0.069 to 0.212, with the lowest significance value of 0.649 and the highest of 0.795. The pretest data, the Lilliefor statistical value is 0.157 with a significance of 0.200. The calculated t value is -3.277 with a degree of freedom (df) of 13 and a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.006. This significance value is smaller than the standard alpha level of 0.05, which means that the difference between the pretest and posttest is statistically significant. This is evidenced by a significant increase in the average passing skill from 6.29 in the pretest to 7.64 in the posttest, as well as an increase in the minimum value from 4 to 6. A decrease in standard deviation from 1.326 to 1.082 and variance from 1.758 to 1.170. It is concluded that the application of the drill training method is an effective strategy to improve passing skills in futsal games.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the tactical approach model on volleyball playing skills. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with pre-experimental design method with one group pretest-postest. The population of this study consisted of class XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Karawang, totaling 250 people with research sampling using random sampling techniques totaling 38 people. Data collection techniques using the volleyball game performance assessment instrument skills test. The data analysis process uses the IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 application, and includes descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study were described using descriptive statistical data analysis with pretest values average mean = 40.58, median = 40.00, mode 38, standard deviation 3.500, variance 6.250, minimum 36, maximum 45. While the results of descriptive statistical analysis with posttest values average mean = 42.68, median = 42.00, mode 40, standard deviation 3.264, variance 10.654, minimum 38, maximum 50. Based on paired sample t-test obtained significance value = 0.003 sig value. (2-tailed) < 0.05, then H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted, because the calculated t value is 3.218 > 2.026. The conclusion of this study is that learning by using a tactical approach model can affect volleyball skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh latihan v roll terhadap akurasi passing futsal kaki bagian dalam ekstrakurikuler SMAN 13 Depok. Subjek penelitian ini merupakan siswa esktrakurikuler futsal SMAN 13 Depok. Dalam penelitian ini, total poulasi berjumlah 25 pemain ekstrakurikuler SMAN 13 Depok. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 25 orang menggunakan total sampling. Dengan 10 kali pertemuan 2 diantaranya pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur tes awal dan tes akhir. Dalam melakukan tes awal didapat nilai pretest dengan total skor 111 dan posttest dengan total skor sebesar 131. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh latihan v roll terhadap akurasi passing futsal kaki bagian dalam berhasil mengalami peningkatan dengan thitung yang dihasilkan adalah -4,178 pada derajat bebas 24 lebih besar pada dari pada nilai ttabel sebesar 2064 dan dengan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 > 0,05 sehihngga dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang nyata antara hasil latihan v roll terhadap akurasi passing futsal kaki bagian dalam pada data pretest dan posttest. Sehingga pendekatan latihan v roll memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap akurasi passing futsal kaki bagian dalam ekstrakurikuler SMAN 13 Depok.

Abstract

Small games in the warm-up of physical education learning will be more interesting and fun, because students will be brought to play and in that way the movement needs of mentally retarded students will be met. This study aims to determine the effect of small games in warming up physical education learning on the level of physical fitness of mentally retarded students. In this study, the method used is an experimental research method with one group pretest posttest design. The subjects of this study were mentally retarded students at SMALB-C Tunas Harapan. The sample used in this study amounted to 12 students using a total sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a physical fitness test with a categorization that was adapted to mentally retarded students aged 16-19 years. Based on the results of data analysis showed an increase in the physical fitness of SMALB-C Tunas Harapan students. This is evidenced by the results of the calculation of the value of t count > t table which is 2.803 > 2.201. From the results of the mean/mean pretest and posttest, it is known that the average pretest is 5.92 and the posttest average is 6.33, an increase of 0.41 or if the percentage is 7%. So, in conclusion, there is an effect of small games in warming up physical education learning on the level of physical fitness of SMALB-C Tunas Harapan students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and students' ability in performing forward roll floor gymnastics at SMPN 1 Karawang Timur. The background of this research is based on field findings that most students experience difficulties in performing the forward roll movement, which is suspected to be caused by a lack of learning motivation, fear of injury, and low self-confidence. This study employs a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The instruments used include a learning motivation questionnaire and a practical test of forward roll skills, with a sample of 36 students selected purposively. Based on the data analysis, a correlation coefficient of 0.845 was obtained, which falls into the strong category, along with a significance value of 0.000 (p 0.05), indicating a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and the ability to perform the forward roll. These results suggest that the higher the students' learning motivation, the better their ability to master the gymnastics movement. This research highlights the importance of motivation in the physical education learning process and recommends that PE teachers develop teaching strategies that can enhance students' motivation in motor learning.
