Abstract

The issue of credit, particularly the increasing rate of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), has become one of the primary challenges in Indonesia’s banking sector. To address this risk, banks apply various risk management strategies to maintain financial stability and prevent more severe losses. This study aims to analyze the risk management strategies implemented by banks in tackling credit problems in Indonesia. Through effective risk management, banks can reduce NPL levels, maintain financial stability, and enhance public trust in the Indonesian banking system. This research was conducted using a qualitative method through literature analysis and secondary data obtained from various credible sources. The primary focus of this study is to examine the steps taken by banks to identify, assess, and control credit risks in order to suppress the growth of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs). Strategies implemented include the application of strict credit assessment systems, diversification of loan portfolios, and the utilization of technology to continuously monitor debtor performance. In addition, credit restructuring policies and the strengthening of corporate governance are also considered effective preventive measures to ensure financial stability.

Abstract

The land crisis in Indonesia has emerged as a critical issue, affecting socio-economic progress, environmental sustainability, and legal certainty. Factors such as rapid urbanization, population growth, and unregulated land use have intensified conflicts over land ownership and usage, underscoring the need for immediate and effective solutions. This paper explores the main causes of the land crisis, including the absence of formal land registration systems, insufficient regulatory frameworks, and weak enforcement mechanisms.The paper highlights the significance of land registration as a vital measure in establishing legal certainty and ensuring property rights for both individuals and communities.Through an analysis of various case studies and current policies, this paper proposes a comprehensive approach to tackling the land crisis. The approach includes strengthening land governance, streamlining registration processes, and encouraging community participation in land management.By implementing these solutions, the paper seeks to establish a comprehensive framework that addresses land-related conflicts while promoting sustainable development and equitable access to land. In conclusion, the paper emphasizes that efficient land registration and management are crucial for ensuring legal certainty and safeguarding landowners' rights in Indonesia, ultimately contributing to a more just and sustainable future.

Abstract

Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah menyediakan berbagai macam bantuan dan fasilitas yang diberikan untuk masyarakat. Hal ini yang dinilai dari Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah. Ada hal yang dapat dicermati di bidang hukum yaitu ada dari sisi pembentukan regulasi, memberikan layanan hukum termasuk memberikan perlindungan hukum terhadap masyarakat. Adanya laporan masalah dari masyarakat seperti sengketa tanah. Selain itu ditegaskan kembali bagaimana cara memperoleh pengadilan, pembangunan bidang hukum, penanganan perkara, memberikan akses keadilan, dan ada juga kegiatan program HAM yaitu dari pusat. Tujuan dibuatnya artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan dan menggambarkan informasi yang terjadi di lapangan bahwa Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah sudah banyak memberikan yang terbaik kepada masyarakatnya yaitu salah satu caranya adalah dengan memberikan pelayananan dan akses sarana prasarana yang optimal.
