Abstract

This research is motivated by learning problems that generally still apply many lecture methods so that the learning process is less touched. Therefore, it is necessary to use appropriate learning media in improving learning outcomes. Comics are one of the learning media that make students more enthusiastic in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of comic media in improving student learning outcomes and to find out how influential comic media is in improving student learning outcomes. This type of research uses quantitative research with an experimental approach. The subjects in this study were grade VII students at MTsN 1 Bengkalis, while the sample of this study amounted to 32 people. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, test and documentation techniques. After collecting field data and test results, then the data is recapitulated and gets the results of research and discussion. So it can be concluded that the implementation of comic media in improving learning outcomes is very effective, this can be proven by the results of 3-stage observations. In the first observation got a percentage value of 33%, in the second observation the observation results increased to 77% and in the third observation results increased to 93%. The results showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes in the implementation of comic media with descriptive statics  calculations obtaining scores of 42.81  for pretest and 70.63 for posttest

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peran ulama dalam pembentukan sistem pendidikan Islam di India. Ulama, sebagai cendekiawan agama, memainkan peran sentral dalam mengembangkan, menyebarkan, dan menjaga pengetahuan Islam melalui institusi pendidikan. Di India, mereka mendirikan madrasah dan universitas yang menjadi pusat pembelajaran Islam. Artikel ini mengkaji kontribusi ulama dalam pembentukan kurikulum, metode pengajaran, dan pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Selain itu, artikel ini juga mengeksplorasi bagaimana ulama menavigasi tantangan sosial, politik, dan kolonialisme yang mempengaruhi pendidikan Islam di India. Dengan menganalisis peran ulama dari perspektif sejarah dan kontemporer, artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang dampak signifikan mereka terhadap pendidikan Islam di India.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of using video presentation media on improving students’ understanding in the subject of Islamic Religious Education and Character at State Senior High School 3 Bengkalis. The background of this investigation is based on the low level of student comprehension due to the use of conventional teaching methods that lack variety. A quantitative approach was employed using a true experimental design in the form of a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of two classes: class X.1 as the experimental group, which used video presentation media, and class X.2 as the control group, which applied conventional methods. The research instruments included an objective test comprising 10 multiple-choice questions and an observation sheet. The data were analyzed using tests of validity, reliability, normality, and homogeneity, as well as the Wilcoxon test with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The result of the Wilcoxon test showed a significance value of 0.000. Based on the criteria (Sig. 0.05), this means the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted, indicating a statistically significant difference in students’ understanding between those taught using video presentation media and those taught using conventional methods. In conclusion, the findings demonstrate that video presentation media has a positive effect on enhancing students’ understanding of Islamic Religious Education and Character.

Abstract

Teknologi object detection menjadi komponen penting dalam sistem navigasi dan pendaratan presisi pada wahana udara tak berawak (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pengolahan citra pada Quadcopter v10 untuk menjalankan misi terbang secara otonom dengan mendeteksi ArUco marker sebagai target pendaratan. Marker ini dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam memberikan identifikasi visual yang stabil berbasis pola biner. Proses perancangan dimulai dengan perakitan quadcopter menggunakan konfigurasi rangka X, flight controller Pixhawk 2.4.8, serta Raspberry Pi 4 Model B yang terintegrasi dengan kamera Logitech C270 sebagai sistem pemroses citra. Kalibrasi kamera dilakukan menggunakan metode Zhang untuk mendapatkan parameter intrinsik dan koreksi distorsi. Sistem deteksi marker diimplementasikan secara real-time dengan pustaka OpenCV dan ArUco, sementara estimasi pose dihitung menggunakan fungsi cv2.aruco.estimatePoseSingleMarkers() yang menghasilkan vektor rotasi dan translasi marker terhadap kamera. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mendeteksi marker ID 23 secara konsisten, serta menampilkan estimasi posisi dalam bentuk visualisasi sumbu koordinat 3D. Dengan demikian, sistem ini menunjukkan efektivitas penerapan teknologi object detection berbasis ArUco marker dalam mendukung proses identifikasi posisi untuk kebutuhan navigasi visual UAV.
