Abstract

Students are individuals who are currently in the process of acquiring knowledge and are registered at an institution such as a university, polytechnic or other educational institution. Individuals who have just entered the world of college in their first year are called new students. Status as a new student will certainly provide a significant difference compared to when you were a student. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-regulated learning and the adjustment of new students who have migrated from outside South Sulawesi to study at Makassar State University. The sample in this study consisted of 160 people who were new students in 2023 and were currently migrating to South Sulawesi. Data collection was carried out using two research instruments, namely, the self-regulated learning scale and the self-adjustment scale. Hypothesis testing using product moment correlation analysis. The research results show that there is a positive relationship between self-regulated learning and new students' self-adjustment, r = 0.599 (p = 0.000). The higher the level of self-regulated learning, the higher the student's self-adjustment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas pelatihan spiritual dalam meningkatkan subjective well-being pada remaja SMA. Studi ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimen dengan kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol yang masing-masing diberikan pretest dan posttest. Pelatihan spiritual diberikan kepada 16 siswa kelompok eksperimen selama dua hari, sedangkan 12 siswa kelompok kontrol tidak menerima perlakuan. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan skala subjective well-being yang telah diadaptasi. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada subjective well-being siswa kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa peningkatan lebih besar terjadi pada siswa perempuan dibandingkan laki-laki setelah intervensi. Pelatihan ini membantu siswa dalam membangun kesadaran diri, hubungan bermakna, serta memaknai hidup, sehingga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan psikologis. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi pendidikan spiritual dalam pembentukan karakter dan kesehatan mental remaja secara holistik.

Abstract

Muatan lokal is a lesson that aims to provide students with knowledge, skills, and behavior so that students have a good insight into the state of the environment and the needs of the community based on the values and rules that apply in the region, supporting the sustainability of regional development and national development. In fact, SMA Negeri 2 Makassar students lack interest in learning in local content subjects. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between learning motivation and interest in learning Muatan Lokal in class X students at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar. The research method used in this research is quantitative research The respondents of this study amounted to 296 class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Makassar. The sampling technique in this study used Accidental Sampling. The measuring instruments used are learning motivation scale and learning interest scale. This study used a correlation test analysis technique which obtained the results that there was a relationship between learning motivation and interest in learning local content subjects in class X students at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and interest in learning in students. The correlation value between learning motivation and interest in learning is 0.914. The value is positive with a correlation that is categorized as strong. The conclusion of the study is that there is a positive relationship between learning motivation and interest in learning local content subjects in class X students at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar.

Abstract

Kontrol diri memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi siswa, namun tidak semua siswa memiliki tingkat kontrol diri dan motivasi berprestasi yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kontrol diri dan motivasi berprestasi siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMA Negeri 3 Bone. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Partisipan berjumlah 154 siswa dan siswi yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi pearson. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kontrol diri dan motivasi berprestasi dengan nilai signifikansi (r = 0,729; p = 0,000). Nilai koefisien korelasi yang bernilai positif diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi kontrol diri siswa, maka semakin tinggi pula motivasi berprestasi. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kontrol diri dan motivasi berprestasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi dan manfaat di bidang pendidikan dan diharapkan juga dapat menjadi masukan untuk pendidik agar peserta lebih mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki agar dapat mendukung kontrol diri dan motivasi berprestasi.
