Abstract

ABSTRACT In the current era of globalization, the fashion business is one type of business that is quite popular among consumers after the food business. Uniqlo is an alternative fashion choice for consumers. However, there are still many consumers who are confused when making purchasing decisions regarding fashion products, especially Uniqlo. Paying attention to brand image, price perception and promotional intensity could be a strategic solution for a company to convince consumers to decide to buy a product. This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image, price perception and promotional intensity on purchasing decisions among Uniqlo product consumers, Diponegoro University students. The population in this study were Uniqlo product consumers, Diponegoro University students. Data was obtained through questionnaires from a sample of 142 people using a non-profitability, purposive sampling approach. Then, the analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that brand image, price perception, and promotional intensity have a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Uniqlo products among Diponegoro University students. In this way, the company must further improve its brand image, price perception and promotional intensity to improve Uniqlo consumer decision making.

Abstract

Gender equality is an important focus to discuss as the basis of the global movement for women's empowerment. To achieve economic prosperity in Indonesia, one of the women empowerment programs that can be implemented is the provision of entrepreneurship education. With an emphasis on innovation and skill development, this study highlights how entrepreneurship education not only creates better job opportunities, but also significantly improves women's competitiveness in the workforce. It is therefore necessary to explore the relationship between entrepreneurship education and women's empowerment in the context of sustainable economic prosperity in Indonesia. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method through the Watase Uake website. Data was obtained through analysis of relevant articles from reputable journals. The analysis shows that entrepreneurship education helps women develop the skills needed to manage businesses, understand finances and respond to market changes, contributing to financial independence and family well-being. The findings of this study are that entrepreneurship education has a significant role in increasing women's participation in sustainable economic sectors and positively impacting national economic growth through greater empowerment of women in sustainable and environmentally friendly economic activities. Through women's economic empowerment, it is hoped that community welfare can be achieved more equitably, fairly and sustainably in the long term.

Abstract

Kabupaten Magelang menghadapi tantangan kompleks dalam pengelolaan sampah akibat pertumbuhan penduduk dan aktivitas ekonomi yang pesat. Metode yang digunakan adalah kegiatan sosialisasi pengelolaan sampah, aksi bersih-bersih lingkungan, dan pembagian apotek hidup. Tujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa dalam konservasi sumber daya alam hasil sosialisasi dan edukasi lingkungan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, pemahaman dan partisipasi masyarakat desa dalam pengelolaan sampah, menumbuhkan budaya gotong royong, menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih sehat, serta mendorong pemanfaatan tanaman obat sebagai alternatif pengobatan alami guna mewujudkan Desa Girikulon yang lebih lestari dan mandiri. Program kerja berupa sosialisasi dan edukasi kolaborasi Tim 23 KKN Untidar Tidar Periode Januari 2025 bersama Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH), kerjabakti kebersihan bersama warga setempat dan pembagian apotek hidup ini disambut baik oleh masyarakat, dan secara berkelanjutan dapat menciptakan desa yang bersih dan sehat.
