Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the emergence of various dairy products that are developing in Indonesia, leading each company to compete to maintain their existence in the market, one of which is through advertising. Nestle is one of the companies that actively advertises its products with creative advertisements. However, over the past 3 years, one of Nestle's products, Bear Brand, has not yet reached the top position in consumer preference. This study examines the efforts made by Bear Brand to enhance its presence in the market by improving the perception of value and advertising awareness as effectively as possible. The research was conducted using a questionnaire method, applying purposive sampling techniques to 100 respondents who had previously made purchasing decisions on Bear Brand dairy products. The regression equation yields the following results : Y = 0,064X1 + 0,155X2 + 0,649X3 Where the variables of ad recall (X2) and perceived value (X3) have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions (Y), while the variable of creativity in advertising (X1) has a positive but not significant influence on purchase decisions. The adjusted R Square value of 0.577 indicates that 57.7% of the purchase decision variables can be explained by the three independent variables in the regression equation. The remaining 42.3% is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study

Abstract

In an era of technological advancements such as automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the global labor market faces significant challenges, requiring the workforce to continuously adapt to new skills. Increasing global competition has heightened the demand for relevant hard and soft skills, enabling workers to contribute effectively within organizations. This study aims to analyze the role of education and training in supporting high-performing employees in the era of globalization and digitalization. Education and training are viewed as key instruments in fostering a competitive workforce, aligned with the ever-evolving demands of industry. The study employs a literature review method, referencing various studies. The findings indicate that structured, adaptive education and training are essential in shaping a superior and competitive workforce, capable of swiftly adapting to technological changes and market demands. This research enriches the literature on the importance of education and training in addressing skill gaps and supporting superior workforce performance in the era of globalization and technology. It also encourages companies to strategically and sustainably adopt technology-based training to enhance workforce skills.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan meningkatkan kesehatan mental siswa. Dalam perspektif Islam, terdapat kaitan erat antara prinsip-prinsip ajaran Islam dan kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran guru PAI dalam menangani kesehatan mental siswa pada tingkat MTs dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Pembahasan menguraikan konsep Pendidikan Agama Islam, dukungan dan tantangan kesehatan mental remaja, pandangan Islam tentang kesehatan mental, tugas guru PAI, upaya pembinaan mental, faktor penghambat, dan peran guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kesehatan mental siswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI berperan sebagai pembimbing, motivator, pendidik nilai moral-spiritual, fasilitator pembinaan mental, serta penyedia dukungan emosional-spiritual. Mereka juga menjembatani sekolah dan keluarga dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung kesehatan mental siswa. Faktor penghambat seperti pengaruh keluarga dan pergaulan perlu diatasi melalui kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan lingkungan sosial siswa. Dengan menjalankan perannya secara efektif, guru PAI dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesehatan mental siswa secara holistik dan berkelanjutan.
