Abstract

This study is to test and analysis education influence and wages toproductivity work employee office Dinas Pasar Kota Padang. Independent variable used independently is education influence (X1) and wages (X2), variable dependentis productivity work employee (Y). Breedstudy methodused is causative method. Data Used is data primer and sekunder. Data Primer obtained with method interview to sample as much ninety seventh people employee Dinas Pasar Kota Padang. As for instrument analysis which is Regresion Linear Multiple with Programe SPSS version 19.0.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at the Ambacang Kuranji Health Center. This study uses the SEM or Smart PLS 3 analysis tool. The results of this study prove that the most dominant opportunity is the Transformational Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Ambacang Kuranji Health Center

Abstract

This research is titled The Influence of Brand Image, Brand Trust and Product Quality on the Purchase Decision of NITA Sanjai Crackers in Bukittinggi. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of brand image, brand trust and product quality on purchasing decisions in NITA sanjai crackers in Bukittinggi. The sample taken was 60 respondents using Ferdinand's formula. The data analysis methods used by the author in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical test, normality test, heterokesdaticity test, mulicolineity test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test and determination test. The research conducted by the author is a research with a quantitative method. From the analysis that has been carried out, the author finds that there is a positive and insignificant influence between brand image variables on purchase decision variables. There is a positive and significant influence between the brand trust variable on purchase decisions. There is a positive and significant influence between product quality variables on purchasing decisions. There is a positive and significant influence between brand image, brand trust and product quality variables on purchase decisions.

Abstract

Intellectual ability is the ability of an individual to carry out mental activities and think clearly based on knowledge. By utilizing technological developments present in the world of education, one of which is the use of E-learning media, students can better understand the material provided with several benefits such as efficiency and effectiveness. This research method was carried out on students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, majoring in Management, Putra Indonesia University "YPTK" Padang. The sample used was 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is primary and secondary data. The results of this research discussion show that: 1) Intellectual ability (X) has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes (Y). Based on the t-test results above, it can be seen that the unstandardized coefficients value is 0.277, and the significance value of the intellectual ability variable is 0.000 < 0.05; 2) The use of E-learning Media (Z) improves student learning outcomes (Y). Based on the t-test results above, it can be seen that the unstandardized coefficients value is 0.725 and the significance value of the intellectual ability variable is 0.000 < 0.05; 3) The intellectual ability test (X) is indirectly mediated by the use of e-learning media (Z) on student learning outcomes (Y) based on the results of path analysis showing that there is an indirect influence of the variable use of E-Learning media on student learning outcomes through intellectual ability with a total influence of 0.204 + (0.613 x 0.135) = 0.952.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir Kompensasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja melalui Employee Engagement Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Guru Sman 8 Merangin. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS 21.0. Dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei dan kuesioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 41 responden. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Pengembangan Karir terhadap Employee Engagement.Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kompensasi Kerja terhadap Employee Engagement.Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kompensasi Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Employee Engagement terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Pengaruh langsung Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kepuasan Kerja lebih kecil daripada pengaruh tidak langsung Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kepuasan Kerja melalui Employee Engagement.Terdapat Pengaruh langsung Kompensasi Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja lebih besar daripada pengaruh tidak langsung Kompensasi Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja melalui Employee Engagement.
