Abstract

Peneliti menilai bahwa penurunan prestasi kerja karyawan dapat disebabkan kurangnya kerjasama antar tim dan setiap individu cenderung menjatuhkan. Hal ini mungkin dapat disebabkan oleh penempatan kerja yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan saat ini yang tidak tepat dikarenakan perusahaan menerima orang-orang yang tidak berpengalaman untuk mengisi beberapa posisi. Akibatnya karyawan lama sering mengeluh karena karyawan baru tersebut sering bertanya kepada mereka. Dan juga pada hal kinerja, pimpinan sering memberikan instruksi yang tidak jelas serta penilaian kinerja yang tidak sesuai harapan karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Harini Mandiri Medan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 42 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan hasil kuesioner yang telah dibagikan. Sedangkan untuk analisis data, peneliti menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa penempatan kerja dan kinerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT Harini Mandiri Medan. Secara parsial penempatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja PT Harini Mandiri Medan. Secara parsial kinerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja PT Harini Mandiri Medan.

Abstract

Pricing is the most important decision and calculates costs directly related to the product or service being marketed. Marketing communications is an effort to make all marketing and promotional activities of the company produce a unified and consistent image for consumers. Consumer satisfaction is the level of consumer's feelings after comparing what the consumer has received with the expectations he desires. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The data analysis technique that will be used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between pricing variables and marketing communications on consumer satisfaction at PT. Source of Fortune. Meanwhile, it was partially found that the pricing variable had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at PT. Source of Fortune. Abstract

The progress of the company can be seen from the achievements given by employees because the achievements are the result of what employees produce whether in accordance with or not with company expectations. But the ability to excel in each employee is different because it is caused by individual abilities, jobs provided and facilities provided by the company. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The population and sample of this study were all employeesof , amounting to 38 people. Questionnaire processing is measured with a Likert scale. The model of data analysis used to answer hypotheses is multiple regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously the Occupational Safety & Health (K3) and work supervision variables had a significant effect on the employee work performanceof . The magnitude of the influence of the independent variables in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 54.7% the remaining 45.3% is influenced by other variables besides the variables in this study such as: incentives, leadership, organizational commitment, motivation and other variables Keywords: Occupational Safety & Health (K3), Work Supervision, Employee Work Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The digital era brings new challenges to the world of accounting, particularly regarding integrity and professional ethics. Rapid technological developments, such as the automation of financial reporting, the use of cloud-based accounting software, and data analytics, require accountants to be not only technically proficient but also to possess a solid moral foundation. Amidst these digital conveniences, the potential for ethical deviations, data manipulation, and weak accountability has also emerged, a serious concern. In this context, Civics Education (PKn) plays a strategic role in shaping national character and values, which are relevant in producing accountants who are not only competent but also possess high integrity. This study aims to analyze the contribution of Civics courses in shaping the ethical and moral awareness of accounting students in the digital era. Values such as honesty, responsibility, social awareness, and discipline instilled in Civics are key assets in building a culture of professional ethics among students. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques including interviews and questionnaires with accounting students from several universities. The research results show that the explicit and implicit integration of civics values into the learning process can increase students' ethical awareness in implementing digital accounting practices. Students with a good understanding of national values show a higher tendency to be honest, accountable, and professional. Therefore, civics needs to be continuously developed as a foundation for accounting students' professional character, both through curriculum strengthening and collaborative approaches across subjects. It is hoped that this collaboration will produce accounting graduates who are not only adaptive to technological developments but also possess strong character and moral responsibility.
