Abstract

X is one of the distribution agents of PT. Y whose main focus is on the distribution of BBM (Fuel Oil). The phenomenon in the company is that employee performance decreases because the workload received by employees is too heavy and employee turnover is quite high.This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 93 employees with the sampling technique using saturated samples so that there were 93 samples.Simultaneously there is a significant effect between workload and employee turnover variables on the performance of PT. X. While partially found the workload variable has no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. X. Partially it was found that the employee turnover variable had no significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. X.

Abstract

Pricing is the most important decision and calculates costs directly related to the product or service being marketed. Marketing communications is an effort to make all marketing and promotional activities of the company produce a unified and consistent image for consumers. Consumer satisfaction is the level of consumer's feelings after comparing what the consumer has received with the expectations he desires. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The data analysis technique that will be used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between pricing variables and marketing communications on consumer satisfaction at PT. Source of Fortune. Meanwhile, it was partially found that the pricing variable had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at PT. Source of Fortune. Abstract

Dialogue Garmindo Utama is a distribution company and distributor engaged in textiles and garments with marketing targets throughout Indonesia. Products sold by PT. Dialogue Garmindo Utama is in the form of baby equipment such as sling bags, pillows, baby bags, mattresses, aprons, blankets, milk bottles, mommy bags, etc. and also sells household supplies such as doormats, napkins, tablecloths and others. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The population in this study was 60 people. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. This data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. This study uses saturated sampling by taking all population numbers as samples to be tested using SPSS. The scale used to measure variables is using the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of testing financial compensation and organizational commitment influences the work discipline of employees of PT. Main Garmindo Dialogue. Partial test results, the results of this study state that financial compensation has a significant effect on the work discipline of employees of PT. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of competence and incentives on the work stress of PT Poetra Niaga Jaya's employees. The importance of the discussion on human resource management (HRM) that humans are the most important element in all organizations, and the success of an organization to achieve its goals is largely determined by the ability to manage human resources precisely. Improved HR management will support the creation of effective employee behavior in carrying out tasks.The method used in this research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. The population of this research is all 58 employees of PT Poetra Niaga Jaya. Variables are measured with a Likert scale. The model of data analysis used to answer hypotheses is multiple regression.Based on the results of multiple linear regression testing competencies and incentives have a significant and significant effect on PT Poetra Niaga Jaya Employee Stress. Partial test results, the results of this study stated that Competence has a significant effect on Job Stress and Incentives also have a significant effect on Employee Stress at PT Poetra Niaga Jaya.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of job satisfaction and career development on employee performance at PT. TRM. The research adopts a quantitative explanatory approach to explain causal relationships among variables. Data were obtained from the entire population of 32 employees using a structured questionnaire measured with a Likert scale and were complemented by relevant company documentation. Prior to hypothesis testing, the data were examined using classical assumption tests to ensure the suitability of the regression model. The analytical method employed was multiple linear regression. The results demonstrate that job satisfaction and career development simultaneously exert a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance. When analyzed individually, each variable also shows a positive and significant influence. However, career development contributes more dominantly to performance improvement compared to job satisfaction. This finding indicates that opportunities for career growth, including clear career paths, training programs, and transparent promotion systems, play a crucial role in enhancing employee productivity and effectiveness. The study implies that PT. TRM should prioritize the strengthening of career management practices as a strategic effort to improve performance outcomes. At the same time, the company needs to consistently maintain key aspects of job satisfaction, such as fair compensation, supportive leadership, and a comfortable working environment, to sustain employee motivation and commitment.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide basic digital marketing education to students of Carnegie Senior High School Medan, with a particular focus on the utilization of social media as a modern and relevant marketing tool in the digital era. The background of this activity is based on the high intensity of social media usage among adolescents, which is not always accompanied by sufficient understanding of its productive and ethical use. Therefore, early education is needed to introduce students to the positive and strategic potential of digital platforms.The implementation methods included the delivery of learning materials in an interactive manner, group discussions, and simple case studies that were closely related to students’ daily experiences. The materials covered fundamental concepts of digital marketing, types of social media platforms used for marketing purposes, digital-based business opportunities, and the importance of ethics and responsibility in digital activities.The results of the activity indicate a significant improvement in students’ understanding of basic digital marketing concepts and a shift in perception regarding social media, from being merely a means of entertainment to a platform with economic value. In addition, students demonstrated increased awareness of ethical behavior in online interactions and transactions. They also showed strong enthusiasm during discussions and were able to identify simple business ideas that could be developed through digital platforms. This activity serves as a strategic initial step in instilling digital entrepreneurship awareness at the secondary education level and contributes to preparing young generations who are adaptive, creative, and responsible in facing the challenges of the digital economy.
