Abstract

The application of mucuna bracteata D.C compost fertlizer and ZPT ( growth regulator) substances to oil palm seedlings alms to determine the effect of interaction between mucuna bracteata D.C fertilizer and ZPT NAA. The single effect of mucuna bracteata D.C fertilizer on the growht of oil palm seedlings in the pre-nursery phase this research was conducted in the experimental, Alwashliyah university from Nov 2024 to january 2025. This research was conducted using a randomized block Design (RAK) with a two- factor factorial pattern. And each combination was repeated 3 times. The fist factor is mucuna bracteata D.C fertilizer with four doses of 0  g 1 g 10 g and 15 g and a recommendatioon f 10 g. The second factor dose with four treatments of 0 gr 0,5 gr 1 gr and 1,5 gr observation variables such as growht . the parameters of this study were the percentage of plant life , length of ol palm stems, Number of leaves (strands) root length (cm) total wet weight of plants, total dry weight of plants. The results of the study showed that the higher the amount of Mucuna bracteata compost and  NAA Auxin ZPT given, the better growth of oil palm seedlings. This can be seen in the parameters of 100 % survival life, root length of 2,66 cm, number of leaves of 4.88 strands, root length of 3,75 cm, total wet weight of 4.65 g and dry weight of 2.41 g.

Abstract

Providing NPK fe rtilize r and mycorrhiza with Ultisol soil media aims to de te rmine the effect of inte raction be twe en NPK fe rtilize r and mycorrhiza, single effect mycorrhiza. Single influence of NPK pupul on the growth of oil palm se e dlings in main nurse ry. This research was carrie d out in the experimental garden at the Faculty of Agriculture Jambi University from August 2023 to Octobe r 2023. This re search carrie d out using a Randomize d Block De sign (RAK) with a patte rn factorial of two factors. and e ach combination is re pe ate d 3 time s. Factor first NPK fertilize r with thre e dose s of 10 g 6.7 g 3.4 g. and re comme ndation of 10 g. Se cond factor mycorrhiza dose with thre e tre atme nts of 10 g 6.7 g 3.4 g. and recommendation of 10 g. Variable Obse rvations such as seedling he ight, number of le ave s, ste m diame te r, rachis le ngth, and leaf area. The results of this re se arch show that the combination of mycorrhizal fertilize r and NPK fe rtilize r dose s can increase the growth of oil palm se e dlings in the main nurse ry. the combination of 10 g of mycorrhizal fe rtilize r + 10 g of NPK fe rtilize r gave the be st growth compare d to without a combination of mycorrhizal fe rtilize r and NPK fe rtilize r. Giving 10 g of mycorrhizal fe rtilize r + 10 g of NPK gave the highe st re sults in the parame te rs of plant he ight, numbe r of le ave s, le af are a. The interaction between NPK fertilizer and mycorrhizal biofertilizer treatments had a significant effect on the parameters of plant height and diameter of oil palm seedling tubers in the main nursery.

Abstract

Efforts to increase the growth of white mustard plants can be done by providing Kasgot Fertilizer and POC Eco enzyme treatment. If you look at the correct dose, type, time and method of fertilization, the plant's response to fertilization will increase growth and yield. This research was carried out with the aim of determining the effect of plants on the concentration of Kasgot and POC Eco enzyme in white mustard plants. This research was repeated three times using a two-way randomized block design (RAK). The cassava concentration factor (K) has 4 levels, K0 (control), K1 (2 kg/plot), K2 (3 kg/plot), K3 (4 kg/plot). POC Eco enzyme factor (C) consists of 3 levels, namely E0 (control), E1 (20 ml/L), E2 (35 ml/L). Observation parameters include plant height, stem diameter, leaf width for each sample plant. Application of Kasgot Fertilizer had a significant effect on plant height and stem diameter of white mustard plants (3 kg/plot). The administration of POC Eco enzyme had no significant effect on all parameters observed. The interaction of providing Kasgot Fertilizer and POC Eco enzyme had no significant effect on all the treatments observed.
