The population of this study was all grade 3 students at TELADAN Pematangsiantar Private Middle School as many as 5 million people, the sample technique used was total sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 47 people. Data analysis Univariate analysis was performed to find out the description of the respondents according to the variables studied in the form of a frequency distribution table, while bivariate analysis used the chi-sguare test. Results At the end of the study, it was found that 31 respondents (66.0%) experienced severe stress with details of 18 respondents (58.1%) with normal menstrual cycles and 13 respondents (14.9%) with abnormal menstrual cycles (polymenorrhea). . Value =-0.035(p0.05). The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between stress and menstrual cycle disorders with p-0.0.035 (p <0.05). Suggestions for society in general and female students in particular in dealing with stress to make stress as a motivation not as a pressure so that it does not have a bad effect on health,

Abstract

The cat's whiskers plant is empirically used by the community for the treatment of gout and rheumatism. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the anti-inflammatory power of cat's kumis (Orthosihon stamineus Benth) leaf extract. This study was a quasi-experimental study with a one-way completely randomized design. Kumis Kucing leaf extract was extracted using 70% ethanol. A total of 25 male wistar rats aged 2-3 months, weighing 150-200g were divided into 5 groups. Each group was treated orally with distilled water (negative control), diclofenac sodium 2.25 mg/kg BW (positive control). Kumis leaf ethanol extract tested at doses of 123, 245 and 490 mg/kgBB. Treatment 1 hour before the feet of rats were inflamed with 1% sublantar carrageenin. Measurements of the rat's foot volume were carried out every 0.5 hours for 6.5 hours. The obtained average edema volume curve is used to calculate AUC (Area Under The Curve) and the obtained AUC is used to calculate DAI (Anti-Inflammatory Power). The AUC and DAI data were tested statistically with one way Anava and followed by LSD with a 95% confidence level. The results showed that the ethanol extract of Kumis Kucing leaves had an anti-inflammatory effect on male white rats of the Wistar strain. Kumis Kucing ethanol extract at doses of 123, 245 and 490 mg/kg BW yielded 33.11%; 52.64% and 64.12% respectively. The results showed that the ethanol extract of Kumis Kucing leaves had an anti-inflammatory effect on male white rats of the Wistar strain. Kumis Kucing ethanol extract at doses of 123, 245 and 490 mg/kg BW yielded percent anti-inflammatory properties of 33.11%; 52.64% and 64.12%, respectively. Abstract

Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common form of arthritis found in the community, is chronic in nature, has a major impact on public health issues. a total of 213 arthritis patients, only 30 patients who met the inclusion criteria were due to incomplete medical record data or even loss of medical record data which caused the patient's medical record data to be incomplete. As for the aspect of rationality in terms of 6 accuracy (right diagnosis, right indication, right drug, right dose, right route of administration, right patient) then the results of the analysis show that accuracy is 100% right, while for the exact parameters of the drug is still worth 53%. So it can be concluded that treatment for osteoarthritis patients when viewed from the right diagnosis, right indication, right dose, right patient, right drug, right method of administration at the Singosari Health Center cannot be fully rational.

Abstract

In the treatment of cases of stomach acid disorders, single therapy is usually used, but there are some who use combination therapy. Usually the drugs used in combination therapy are given based on the severity of stomach acid disorders. From the study it was found that the profile of the use of gastric acid disorders or a combination of drugs was as follows: acid reflux drugs or a combination of many were used in patients with gastritis and dyspepsia, based on age the most widely treated drugs for stomach acid disorders or a combination were the age range of 44-45 years (28%), the administration of drugs for stomach acid disorders or combinations related to clinical symptoms was the most common being dizziness and nausea and the most used was the combination of antacids + Ranitidine + Sucralfate, the duration of administration of drugs for stomach acid disorders or combinations was in the range of less than 7 days and DRP ( Potential Drug Related Problems found are interactions between Omeprazole and Diazepam, Omeprazole and Vitamin B12. There is no administration of drug doses for stomach acid disorders or combinations that exceed the doses suggested by Liberatur.

The results showed that the stress of working mothers who lived in Tanah Jawa Village, Tanah Jawa District, Simalungun Regency was light, namely 93.8% because the majority of working hours of mothers in Tanah Jawa Village were relatively short, namely 5 hours a day, and experienced stress. role as household manager (Mean = 2.64 and SD = 2.076). And the coping used in this study is coping that focuses on problems (Mean = 21.19 and SD = 3.66) while coping that focuses on emotions (Mean = 14.23 and SD = 4.41). It can be concluded that mothers who work in the Tanah Jawa sub-district use more problem-focused coping. This is related to the mother's knowledge and personality. For further research it is recommended to conduct research on 2 other roles, namely as caregivers and workers.

Abstract

Bitter gourd (Momordica charantia L) is a plant that contains quite a lot of compounds such as alkaloids, flavonoids and saponins in its fruit. Based on this, bitter melon has considerable potential to be used as an antibacterial for Streptococcus mutans. The bacterium Streptococcus mutans belongs to a group of round-shaped Gram-positive bacteria that cause dental caries. This study aims to determine the antibacterial effectiveness of several concentrations of ethanol extract of bitter gourd against Streptococcus mutans bacteria. Antibacterial testing of the ethanol extract of bitter gourd was carried out by measuring the Diameter of Inhibitory Area (DDH) through the paper disc diffusion method and the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) through the agar dilution method. DDH testing was carried out on bitter melon extract concentrations of 70%, 60%, 50%, 40%, 30% and amoxicillin 30 pg/mL as positive control and distilled water as negative control. While MIC testing was carried out at concentrations of 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, 50%, 55% and 60%. The results showed that the ethanol extract of bitter melon was less effective as an antibacterial against Streptococcus mutans, because the inhibition zone formed on the DDH test was not absolute or did not form a perfect circle. However, in MIC it can be seen that at a concentration of 50% the ethanol extract of bitter gourd fruit can inhibit it slightly and at a concentration of 60% it is seen that there is no bacterial growth, so it can be concluded that MIC is at a concentration of 60%.
