Abstract

Roads are infrastructure that plays a very important role in the progress of an area which is a link between one region and other regions. In an effort to add fine material substitution materials that can be used as materials in asphalt mixtures, sterosomes that are easily obtained are used in research as an alternative to fine materials in asphalt mixtures. The purpose of this pelnellitian is ulntulk melngarulh from Styrofoam waste telrhadap karaktelristik asphalt by rolling the marshall's pelnguljian. This pelnellitian is rounded by 24 belnda ulji, where the ulji object that rolls added Styrofoam waste as an additional fillelr of 10%, 12%, 14% and 16% each is rounded by 6 belnda ulji. Serve belnda ulji that is not covered with Styrofoam waste and rounded around 3 test objects. While the test belnda that was not given Styrofoam waste was also rounded as many as 3 ulji belnda. The ability to add Styrofoam waste as a fillelr to each ulji belnda is 6% of the total asphalt campulran agrelgat. Conducting telrhadap telrhadap telrikat variable, namely marshall and variable belbas characteristics, namely the addition of Styrofoam Waste as a sulbtitulsi on asphalt (AC-WC). The effect of Styrofoam Waste Prelselntasel as a sulbstitulsi telrhadap Stability and Density, in this case Stability and Density are melted by Marshall Stability The rest of the gap on flelxibility is released by Marshall Qulotielnt, the value of Residual Marshall Stability, in the 10% Styrofoam Waste campulran obtained a value of 91.45%, in the mixture of 12% Styrofoam Waste obtained a value of 92.77%, in a mixture of 14% Styrofoam Waste obtained a value of 93.22%, in the 16% Styrofoam Waste mixture obtained a value of 92.86%, while in Marshall Qulotielnt obtained a value of 356 kg / mm in a mixture of 12% Styrofoam Waste, 371 kg / mm in a mixture of 14% Styrofoam Waste, and 350 kg / mm in a mixture of 16% Styrofoam Waste.Keyword : Sterofoam, Asphalt rubber, AC-WC, Stability, Density

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of Work-Life Balance (WLB), organisational culture, and work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on millennial employees in the local government of Pangkalpinang City, involving 104 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique based on the criteria of having a minimum work period of one year, having permanent employee status, and being active in organisational activities. Using a quantitative approach with structural equation model analysis, the results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while WLB and organisational culture have a positive but insignificant effect. This finding indicates that intrinsic factors, such as work motivation, play a more dominant role in shaping employee job satisfaction than external factors such as WLB and organisational culture. However, these three variables did not show a significant indirect effect on performance through job satisfaction. The practical implications of this study emphasise the importance of increasing work motivation through the development of reward and career systems, as well as the need to strengthen organisational culture and implement more effective WLB policies to create job satisfaction, which in turn can improve employee performance.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to uncover enhancements aimed at elevating employee performance standards within Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Falah. The research adopts a qualitative approach. Findings suggest that utilising fingerprint technology for electronic attendance is user-friendly and secure for accurate recording, due to its minimal susceptibility to manipulation. The head of the madrasah conducts a monthly assessment of the computerised attendance system. Any employee found absent without a valid reason will face repercussions as determined by the decisions made. Effective leadership characterised by integrity and consistent implementation of disciplinary measures by madrasa administrators will enhance the efficacy of computerised attendance systems. While the adoption of electronic attendance systems can positively influence employee discipline, occasional violations persist, notably instances of employees arriving late at the madrasah due to diverse reasons. Keywords: Attendance, Performance, Management.
