Abstract

Based on data from the City Health Office fields (DKK) Clinics, the prevalence of disorders of growth has Nanggalo toddlers with an indicator Weight per Age (w/U) is the highest of the toddler weighed 3162, 51 (2,82%) were toddlers under the red line (BGM). The purpose of this research was to determine the factors related to childhood growth in employment within the Pagang Dalam Posyandu working area Puskesmas Nanggalo Padang city 2022. This type of research is survey design with cross sectional analytic study. This research was conducted in February to September 2022. The population in this research is the Moms who have babies at the posyandu Pagang which amounted to 47 people. all populations were sampled. Data collection is done with the interview using kuersioner. The Data processed with the editing, coding, entry and cleaning. Analysis of univariate data with descriptive statistics and data analysis with bivariat chi-square test.The results showed that less than half (36.2 percent) growth in childhood is not normal, more than half (53.2 percent), mother of toddlers have low education, partly (27.7 percent), low intake of toddlers, and less than half (48.9%) of the mother child toddler has socio-economic status is low. There is a meaningful relationship between the mother's education with childhood growth (p value 0.001), There is a meaningful relationship between the intake of toddlers with toddlers (p value 0.001) and there is a meaningful relationship between the socioeconomic status of families with toddlers growth (p value 0.000).Expected through the leadership of the health centers primarily on the officer's service officers KIA, nutrition and other officers in order to improve health services by enabling the return in the granting of PMT every holding of posyandu, conducting public awareness about child growth and nutrition balanced menu toddler on toddlers and child growth evaluation of toddlers at the Posyandu Pagang inside.

Abstract

Sumatera Barat angka kejadian hipertensi pada lanjut usia masih tinggi menempati peringkat kedua (7.562) dari 10 penyakit terbanyak Berdasarkan survey awal yang peneliti lakukan pada lansia hipertensi dengan cara mewawancara terhadap 10 orang yang memiliki riwayat hipertensi dengan rata-rata >160 mmHg. Pengobatan hipertensi bisa dilakukan dengan terapi non farmakologis,salah satunya dengan air rebusan jahe. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Air Rebusan Jahe Terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah Pada Lansia Hipertensi Di Ampang Kuranji Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Koto Baru Dharmasraya Tahun 2024.Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April sampai September 2024– Januari 2025. Populasi penelitian ini adalah lansia dengan hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Koto Baru Dharmasraya dengan sampel 10 orang. Pengolahan data editing ,entry, dan cleaning. Analisa univariat menggunakan mean, standar deviasi dan analisa bivariat menggunakan uji paired T-test.Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata tekanan darah sebelum pemberian air rebusan jahe 162,50/101,00 mmHg sedangkan rata-rata tekanan darah sesudah pemberian air rebusan jahe 142,00/91,50 mmHg. Hasil uji paired T-test didapatkan  p-value 0,000 yang berarti adanya pengaruh pemberian air rebusan jahe terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia hipertensiMelalui pimpinan puskesmas kuranji pemberian air rebusan jahe ini dapat dimasukan kedalam program puskesmas sebagai pengobatan non farmakologis yang dapat memberikan efek positif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah

Abstract

Postpartum is a period of recovery for the reproductive organs, lasting approximately 6-8 weeks. During the postpartum period, care is necessary to aid the involution process. Lack of perineal care can delay wound healing and even lead to infection. Based on data from the KyoDafa Clinic in Sungai Dareh, Dharmasraya Regency, in 2025, 23 of 33 postpartum women experienced delayed perineal wound healing. This is due to several factors, including inadequate perineal wound care. This study aims to analyze the relationship between postpartum perineal wound care and the duration of perineal wound healing at the KyoDafa Clinic in Sungai Dareh, Dharmasraya Regency, in 2025. The research method used was correlational analytic. The population in this study was 36 postpartum women with perineal wounds at the KyoDafa Clinic in Sungai Dareh, with a sample size of 33. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Based on the Mann–Whitney test, the AsympSig value is smaller than α, which is 0.00, smaller than 0.05, meaning H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus, it can be said that there is a relationship between perineal wound care and the duration of perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers at the KyoDafa Clinic in Sungai Dareh in 2025. Based on these research results, midwives must establish collaboration by providing knowledge about the importance of perineal wound care in postpartum mothers.Keywords: Perineal Wound Care, Perineal Wound Healing, Postpartum Mothers
