Abstract

People in conducting transactions often do not know about the transactions being carried out. They carry out buying and selling transactions for household appliances in accordance with existing customs. It is the same with istisna' buying and selling contract transactions. In this study, the researchers focused on the problem of how the buying and selling system of household appliances is and how to apply the istisna contract to buying and selling household appliances in Potoan Daya Village, Palengaan Pamekasan. The researcher uses a qualitative approach, this type of research is descriptive, namely the data collected in the form of words and not numbers. In the research that has been done, the findings are based on the focus of the research, namely the system of buying and selling household appliances in Potoan Daya Village is in accordance with the provisions of the elements and pillars of buying and selling. The application of the istisna contract in the sale and purchase of household appliances in Potoan Daya Village is in accordance with sharia provisions because in the transaction the pillars and conditions have been fulfilled.

Abstract

Bisnis adalah aktivitas yang harus dilakukan manusia, karena mereka tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan mereka sendiri. Dengan kata lain, manusia membutuhkan bantuan dari orang lain. Manusia adalah makhluk sosial yang membutuhkan bantuan dari orang lain. Seiring berjalannya waktu, pengusaha lain dengan kegiatan serupa muncul, menyebabkan persaingan. Persaingan yang membenarkan semua cara untuk mencapai keinginan seseorang, pengusaha akan menggunakan berbagai metode seperti penipuan dan tindakan terlarang untuk mencapai tujuan mereka. Namun, dalam Islam, kebebasan dalam persaingan bisnis harus tetap mematuhi batas-batas yang diizinkan. Pembatasan yang disebutkan di atas umumnya disebut sebagai etika. Dengan adanya etika dalam berbisnis, para pengusaha akan merasa aman dan dilindungi. Berdasarkan penjelasan tersebut, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang bagaimana prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam diimplementasikan dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis di usaha dagang (UD) H. Nur. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis data deskriptif. Hasil analisis implementasi prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis di bisnis perdagangan di (UD) H. Nur diperoleh bahwa (UD) H. Nur mematuhi standar etika dan mendorong semua orang untuk bertindak dengan integritas, mendorong rasa persaudaraan, perhatian sosial, penentuan harga jual, saling tawar menawar dengan konsumen dalam menentukan harga yang akan disepakati, sehingga melalui beberapa prinsip yang dilakukan dalam menjalankan aktivitas berbisnis (UD) H. Nur tidak merugikan orang lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis produksi Islami dengan fokus pembahasan yaitu analisis prinsip prinsip etika produksi dan etika produksi berdasarkan nilai keIslaman dengan tujuan penulisan yaitu ingin mengetahui prinsip prinsip etika produksi dan etika produksi berdasarkan nilai keIslaman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pustaka atau library research. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa prinsip etika produksi dalam Islam yakni: Pertama manusia memiliki tugas yang mulia di muka bumi yaitu sebagai khalifah Allah SWT, Kedua, dalam pandangan Islam, kemajuan di bidang produksi merupakan hal yang sangat dianjurkan, Ketiga, dalam Islam, teknik dan metode produksi diserahkan kepada keinginan dan kemampuan manusia untuk mengembangkannya, Keempat, dalam pandangan Islam, ketika melakukan inovasi dan eksperimen, prinsip dasar yang dipegang adalah preferensi terhadap kemudahan, penghindaran terhadap hal-hal yang membahayakan, serta upaya memaksimalkan manfaat Sedangkan etika produksi berdasarkan nilai keIslaman yaitu terdapat tiga nilai utama yang menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan nilai-nilai yang relevan dengan kegiatan produksi. Nilai-nilai tersebut adalah konsep khalifah (pemimpin), adil, dan takaful (jaminan sosial).

Abstract

Money is one of the most Important elements in transaction activities, this is because money can facilitate the transaction process along with the times and technology, community activities in conducting transactions have started using technology, namely digital money. His study focuses on the problem of how the Islamic economic view of digital money transaction tools is a case study of the GoPay digital money application. The researcher uses a qualitative approach, this type of research is descriptive, namely the data collected in the form of words and not numbers. In the research that has been done, the findings are based on the focus of the research, namely how Islam views digital money transactions. The use of digital money in transactions is allowed for good purposes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin membahas tentang strategi promosi berbasis nilai nilai ekonomi islam dengan fokus pembahasan prinsip-prinsip promosi islami dengan tujuan penulisan yaitu ingin mengetahui prinsip prinsip promosi dalam perspektif ekonomi islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library research). Metode ini dipilih karena fokus penelitian adalah mengeksplorasi konsep-konsep teoritis terkait suatu topik tertentu berdasarkan sumber-sumber literatur yang relevan. Literatur yang dikaji mencakup buku-buku, jurnal ilmiah, artikel, dan sumber-sumber referensi lainnya yang membahas isu-isu terkait secara mendalam tentang strategi promosi berbasis nilai nilai ekonomi islam. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dapat disimpulkan disesuaikan dengan fokus pembahasan yaitu terdapat tiga prinsip dalam promosi islam yaitu promosi yang dilakukan haru jujur dan tepat, menghindari promosi penjualan yang mengandung unsur menyesatkan, promosi yang dilakukan sebaiknya adalah promosi yang wajar dan beretika.

Abstract

The economy is a very important factor in people's lives. In the economy there are several problems including sources in the economy itself. In economic sources, there are two sources, namely primary sources and secondary sources. Primary primary sources are agriculture, industry, trade, human labor, while secondary sources are tourism, salaries and transportation facilities. Along with the increasing living needs of workers and families that must be met, this has an impact on wage issues. This problem arises because there are multiple perceptions of this problem, wages are very important for workers because wages are a source of morning income for workers to meet their needs, while wages for employers are production costs that must be managed as well as possible so that production activities run optimally. Wages are the price paid for the services of workers in production activities. In other words, wages are the amount paid by the company for services or services provided to the company in production activities. In Islamic economics, compensation or wages are also referred to as ujrah. Determination of workers' wages is very closely related to the principles of justice and adequacy in Islamic economics. Clarity of contracts (transactions) and commitments based on the will to do so. Based on the problems above, the author wants to discuss how the concept of fair wages is where with fair wages no party is harmed either workers or laborers and employers, so the author gives the title analysis of the concept of wages in economic perspective. The research methodology used in this research is library research with a descriptive approach. The data in this research are primary and secondary data. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that wages in an Islamic economic perspective, namely salary, are payments given by employers to workers for their efforts to be involved in the production process. In the process of determining wages there are principles that must be considered. The principle in determining wages is fair and proper and also employers must consider the factors in determining wages for workers. The factor that must be considered in determining wages is the contribution made by workers to the company. The higher the contribution given, the higher the wages that must be given. However, in setting wages, workers cannot demand wages above the ability of the company

Abstract

Pemasaran merupakan  kegiatan yang sangat penting dalam keberlangsungan hidup dari perusahaan, hal itu disebabkan karena pemasaran sebagai usaha untuk merealisasikan tujuan perusahaan, mengembangkan usaha, mendapatkan keuntungan dan  untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan tersebut. Etika tidak akan lepas dalam kehidupan manusia. Etika tidak lain adalah aturan prilaku, adat kebiasaan manusia dalam pergaulan antara sesamanya dan menegaskan mana yang benar dan mana yang buruk. Dalam membuat strategi pemasaran harus memperhatikan etika sehingga bisnis yang akan dijalankan tidak mengalami kerugian. peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriktif. Data primer dan data sekunder, teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penjelasan diatas dapat disimpulkan, strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha mebel di Desa Potoan Daja seperangkat alat pemasaran yang disebut bauran pemasaran untuk mencapai tujuan pemasarannya. Bauran pemasaran terdiri dari produk, harga, promosi dan distribusi, dan tinjauan etika terhadap strategi pemasaran para pengusaha mebel sudah sesuia dengan  etika bisnis islam yaitu, produk yang dihasilkan merupakan produk yang disesuaikan dengan permintaan dari konsumen. Harga yang ditetapkan sudah disepakati dan disesuaikan dengan para pengusaha sehingga tidak terjadi perang harga, promosi yang dilakukan disesuaikan dengan kondisi dari produk yang dihasilkan sehingga tidak ada yang ditutup-tutupi dan distribusi yang yaitu distribusi langsung oleh produsen ke konsumen. Abstract

In the past, buying and selling transactions had to bring together sellers and buyers to meet directly or face to face so that with this meeting there was an exchange or transfer of goods from seller to buyer so that a transaction occurred, but over a long period of time. Nowadays, with the development of technology, face-to-face meetings can no longer be avoided, but nowadays meetings are held online. Both parties do not have to meet in person to carry out buying and selling transactions because E-commerce has made it easy for consumers to make purchases and sales online without geographical restrictions. However, in the context of Islamic economics, it is very important to note that online buying and selling transactions must also pay attention to and comply with sharia principles in their transaction activities. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. This research uses a library research approach that collects data in the form of words and images, not data in the form of numbers. In the research it can be concluded that online buying and selling transactions are the same as buying and selling transactions in general, but the media used is different. So online buying and selling transactions must follow the general terms and conditions of buying and selling

Abstract

In recent times, online buying and selling has become a favorite choice and is in great demand among the public, especially among young people. The reason why online buying and selling is so popular is because the payment method offered to the public in online buying and selling transactions is Cash on Delivery (COD). However, from the perspective of Islamic business ethics, the application of the COD system in online business needs to be studied further. Islam has muamalah principles that must be taken into account in every economic activity, including the practice of buying and selling so that online buying and selling business people must understand the principles of muamalah in Islam. Therefore, this research will analyze the extent to which the COD payment system in online businesses is in accordance with Islamic business ethics. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that uses library study techniques as a data collection method. Through an in-depth literature review, researchers can gain a comprehensive understanding of concepts, theories, and previous research findings related to the topic being studied. The application of ethics in COD transactions must be sourced from the teachings of the Al-Quran and Hadith as the main guideline. Several ethical principles that are relevant in muamalah and can be applied in COD-based online buying and selling transactions include justice, honesty, trustworthiness and the prohibition of usury.

Abstract

The approach used in this study focuses on the analysis of Justice and Transparency in E-Commerce, especially in the context of facing the challenges presented by the digital economy based on sharia principles. In this paper, the development of interactions between individuals and groups is used as the main analysis tool. This work is the result of a research process that focuses on literature studies. After conducting the research, it can be concluded that e-commerce has great potential to drive the growth of the digital economy, but challenges in terms of justice and transparency must be overcome so that the benefits can be felt by all parties. By applying the principles of Islamic economics, e-commerce can develop into a more ethical, equitable, and sustainable business ecosystem. Synergy between the government, business actors, and consumers is needed to create an e-commerce system that is in accordance with sharia values ??and provides benefits to the entire community.
