Abstract

Rumah sakit sangat membutuhkan sistem informasi manajemen (SIM) untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Tantangan di bidang kesehatan begitu kompleks sehingga pelayanan kesehatan menjadi isu penting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan sistem informasi manajemen untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan medis di rumah sakit. Tujuan dari SIM Rumah Sakit Terpadu (SIMRS) adalah untuk mengintegrasikan fungsi-fungsi utama rumah sakit ke dalam suatu sistem terintegrasi yang disimpan dalam database pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan memetakan data untuk pelaksanaan SIMRS. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem perangkat lunak SIMRS yang disesuaikan, pemahaman tentang infrastruktur dan kemampuan TI, serta pemetaan yang tepat adalah kunci implementasi SIMRS. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi rumah sakit dan peneliti, khususnya yang berkepentingan untuk meningkatkan penerapan SIMRS pada pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat di tingkat kabupaten dan provinsi.

Abstract

Abstract

The use of big data and business analytics provides benefits to businesses globally. This research focuses on business analytics and big data technologies to improve business decision-making processes, technical approaches, applications, and research questions. Especially in the era of data explosion, “data” is very important. Therefore, those who have the ability to process and use multifaceted data sets can gain several benefitsThree things differentiate big data: volume, velocity, and variety.Understanding client questions requires a strong understanding of data. Producing extraordinary new products and services is essential. Accessible platforms include Hadoop, MongoDB, Cassandra, Apache Spark, and Xplenty, which can be used to store and process very large amounts of data and have the capacity to store and process very large data, and are used as supporting tools to increase utilization and saving resources, reducing calculation time and effort, and enabling better business decisions. Big data includes technologies and plans that involve data that is rapidly changing, diverse, or so large that managing it with traditional technologies, capabilities, and infrastructure is a challenge Indonesia is becoming a commercial user of big data.

Abstract

The Real Work Lecture Program (KKN) in Dolat Rayat Village is motivated by the problem of the abundance of carrot crops that have not been optimally processed so that it risks reducing its economic value. Through this activity, the KKN team seeks to empower the community by introducing the innovation of Carrot Donut MSMEs as a form of processing value-added agricultural products. The main goal of this program is to improve the entrepreneurial skills of the community, especially housewives and youth, in order to be able to develop local processed food products that are competitive and highly competitive. The implementation method includes observation of village potential, analysis of community needs, deliberation with village officials, preparation of training modules, direct practice of making carrot donuts, as well as training in digital marketing strategies and attractive product packaging. The results of the activities showed high enthusiasm from the participants, improved skills in production and marketing, and the emergence of new business initiatives based on local potential. Overall, this program has succeeded in encouraging community economic independence, strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit of villages, and creating sustainable business opportunities from previously underutilized carrot agricultural products.
