Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang transformasi bisnis melalui sistem informasi manajemen (SIM) dan dampaknya terhadap inovasi, keberlanjutan, dan organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran SIM dalam transformasi bisnis serta bagaimana implementasinya dapat menghasilkan inovasi dan keberlanjutan yang signifikan bagi organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber jurnal dan penelitian terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIM memiliki peran penting dalam merintis transformasi bisnis dengan memfasilitasi komunikasi, koordinasi, dan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Implementasi SIM juga berkontribusi pada inovasi melalui pemanfaatan teknologi terkini, pengumpulan dan analisis data yang akurat, serta pengembangan strategi bisnis yang responsif. Keberlanjutan organisasi juga tercapai melalui SIM dengan mengurangi biaya operasional, meminimalkan dampak lingkungan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas organisasi. Oleh karena itu, transformasi bisnis melalui SIM memiliki potensi besar untuk menciptakan nilai tambah bagi organisasi.
