Abstract

Green business has become a significant issue due to the environmental crisis and increasing consumption that lacks sustainability awareness. Implementing green business for housewives in Sumur Dalam Village, most of whom are unemployed, is crucial to promote a green economy and enhance creativity in producing marketable products. This community service activity aims to increase understanding of green business models among housewives in Sumur Dalam Village, enabling them to build businesses that contribute to the environment and improve family income. The partners in this activity are 20-30 housewives aged 20-35 years who are unemployed, encouraging entrepreneurship. The implementation method consists of preparation, execution, and evaluation. The expected result of this activity is to enhance the creativity and understanding of housewives regarding green business.

Abstract

The use of QRIS tends to influence the consumption behavior of 2021 Economics Study Program students at Nurul Jadid University. This research aims to further explore the influence of using QRIS on consumption behavior among students as well as the benefits obtained from using QRIS. This research uses a qualitative approach, where researchers directly conduct interviews, observations and documentation as data collection tools. The population studied was students from the Economic Study Program Class of 2021 at Nurul Jadid University. The interview results revealed that: (1) The use of QRIS tends to influence students' consumption behavior. (2) Using QRIS provides convenience for both buyers and sellers. (3) Payment via QRIS can reduce the risk of losing money, offer special offers and discounts, and help students track their expenses. The conclusion is that the use of QRIS influences the consumption behavior of 2021 Economics Study Program students at Nurul Jadid University and also provides convenience for sellers. Apart from that, using QRIS helps some students get special offers and discounts and makes it easier for them to track expenses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam industri fashion. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik dan karyawan, serta dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilaksanakan melalui proses editing, klasifikasi, dan verifikasi, dengan pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa motivasi kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh suasana kerja yang bersifat kekeluargaan, fleksibilitas waktu, serta penghargaan non-materi seperti perhatian dan pujian dari pemilik usaha. Motivasi intrinsik terbukti lebih kuat dibandingkan motivasi finansial. Sementara itu, kinerja karyawan dinilai berdasarkan tanggung jawab, inisiatif, dan kemampuan menghadapi peningkatan beban produksi. Walaupun tidak ada bonus atau jenjang karir yang jelas, karyawan tetap menunjukkan semangat kerja tinggi karena merasa nyaman dan memiliki hubungan interpersonal yang baik di lingkungan kerja.
