Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the Brand Association of Bango Soy Sauce Products. This research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques processed using SPSS version 25. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 95 people as respondents through google forms. The results showed that the basis for purchasing decisions by consumers towards Kecap Bango products was determined by Delicious taste to be a cooking raw material, Quality cooking raw materials, Using quality soybeans, Comfortable in consumption, Easy to get in stores, More familiar than other soy sauce products and Superior to other products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial literacy and parental socialization both simultaneously and partially on the interest in saving at the Bank in students of the Management Study Program of Bina Sarana Informatika University. This research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques processed using SPSS version 25. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 100 students as respondents through google forms. The results showed that financial literacy and parental socialization had a significant influence on interest in saving at the Bank. Simultaneously, financial literacy and parental socialization have a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving at the Bank in Management study program students of Bina Sarana Informatika University.

Abstract

Kebutuhan darah untuk keperluan transfusi adalah 2% dari total penduduknya. Penduduk Jakarta saat diperkirakan sebanyak 13.688.328 jiwa, sehingga kebutuhan darah untuk tranfusi adalah sekitar 267.766 kantong. Ketersediaan stok darah di PMI Provinsi DKI Jakarta per tanggal 21 Maret hanya sebanyak 417 kantong, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa saat ini PMI DKI Jakarta masih kekurangan jumlah stok darah. Kegitan ini memiliki beberapa tujuan. Pertama, untuk memberikan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya melakukan donor darah untuk membantu orang yang membutuhkan darah dan manfaat donor darah bagi pendonor. Kedua, untuk membantu PMI DKI Jakarta dalam mencukupi kebutuhan stok darah. Kegiatan donor darah dilakukan dengan 3 tahap yang meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Dari 57 calon pendonor, yang memenuhi kriteria donor darah adalah 54 orang. Kegiatan ini mendapat respon yang baik dari pendonor. Untuk depannya perlu dikakukan sosialisasi yang lebih intensif untuk dapat menjaring pendonor yang lebih banyak.

Abstract

PT Pagi Ceria Indonesia is one of the companies engaged in Gardening and Services to serve landscape needs. In managing human resources, PT Pagi Ceria Indonesia needs to pay attention to training and development of each employee in order to produce quality employees and superior performance.. This study aims to determine the effect of training and development of human resources on the performance of employees of PT Pagi Ceria Indonesia in Lenteng Agung Barat. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection using total sampling or non-probability sampling. A total of 50 respondents were sampled and the data obtained using SPSS 23 software with multiple linear regression analysis techniques including instrument testing, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results of the Training Variable (X1) research have a significant effect on Employee Performance, with a calculated t value of 3.275 > t table 2.013 and a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. The results of the Human Resource Development Variable (X2) also have a significant effect on Employee Performance, with a calculated t value of 3.944 > 2.013 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the results of the F test (simultaneous), with calculated F = 57.916 > F table = 3.20 and Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05 shows that Training and Human Resource Development together have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Pagi Ceria Indonesia.

Abstract

Bina Kesan Cooperative in Bojonggede is a cooperative whose main activities focus on assisting members in meeting financial needs, improving welfare, and encouraging the development of members’ businesses. This study aims to determine the extent to which compensation and motivation influence employee performance. The research method employed was quantitative with a descriptive approach, while the sampling technique was determined using the Slovin formula to ensure that the number of respondents was representative. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, and then processed using SPSS version 27. The statistical test results indicate that the t-value of 1.492 is greater than the t-table value of 0.2681, with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H₀). All R-values of 0.05 > R-table 3.18 demonstrate that the research instruments were valid. Furthermore, the F-value of 180.803 is higher than the F-table value of 2.00758, with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05, confirming that the regression model is significant. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that compensation and motivation variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bina Kesan Cooperative, Bojonggede.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman Kota Depok. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh pegawai dijadikan responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda melalui aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai t hitung 8,702 lebih besar dari t table 1,671 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Variable motivasi kerja juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung 4,333 > 1,671 dan sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan f hitung 120,453 > f table 3,15 dan sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,801 menunjukkan bahwa 80,1% variasi kinerja pegawai dijelaskan oleh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja, sedangkan 19,9% sisanya dipengaruhi factor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan subsektor ritel di Indonesia berperan penting dalam mendorong konsumsi domestik dan pertumbuhan ekonomi, namun kinerjanya cenderung fluktuatif dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan rasio likuiditas yang diukur dengan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap kinerja keuangan yang diproksikan melalui Return on Equity (ROE) pada perusahaan subsektor ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2021–2024. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi terhadap data sekunder dari laporan keuangan 13 perusahaan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NPM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROE, sedangkan CR berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 61,7% terhadap variasi kinerja keuangan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa efisiensi laba memiliki peran dominan dalam peningkatan kinerja keuangan dibandingkan kemampuan likuiditas jangka pendek, sehingga perusahaan perlu menyeimbangkan strategi pengelolaan laba dan likuiditas untuk mencapai kinerja yang optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee job satisfaction at the Bureau of Organization and Human Resources of the Ministry of Agriculture. This research is motivated by the importance of proper work discipline and compensation in increasing employee job satisfaction. The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive approach. The data collection technique was carried out through distributing questionnaires to 85 respondents who were employees of the agency. The data analysis technique uses validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study obtained using the t test that work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a significance result of 0.000 <0.05 and the t test results show Tcount 3.656> Ttable 1.989. Compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a significance result of 0.000 < 0.05 and the t test results show Tcount 7.066 > Ttable 1.989. Work discipline and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a significance result of 0.000 < 0.05 and the f test results show Fcount of 62.960> Ftable 3.11. The coefficient of determination test found that the two independent variables had an effect of 60.6% on employee job satisfaction.
