Abstract

Saat ini di era yang serba digital media promosi sering dibagi kedalam dua bagian yaitu media online dan offline. Media promosi online, biasanya dengan menggunakan media sosial, market place dan lain-lain, sedangkan untuk promosi secara offline bisa menggunakan salah satu atau gabungan dari media  pamplet, spanduk, brosur dan lain-lain. Namun apapun media yang dipilih, tetap harus memiliki desain yang baik, unik dan mudah diingat oleh masyarakat agar mereka tergerak untuk melakukan apa yang disampaikan tersebut. Pengenalan media promosi sekaligus pelatihan ini diterapkan pada mitra pengabdian masyarakat di Yayasan Desa Hijau yaitu sebuah yayasan yang bergerak di bidang sosial kemasyarakatan, yang kegiatannya banyak berhubungan dengan masyarakat baik sebagai donatur dan penerima. Setelah dilakukan pemetaan masalah, bahwa saat ini yayasan dalam melaksanakan program banyak menggunakan jasa orang lain untuk mendesain media promosi, padahal kegiatan yang dilaksanakan kadang lebih dari satu dan dalam waktu yag berdekatan, sehingga dana yang dihabiskan untuk jasa desain lumayan besar maka pada akhirnya disepakatilah pada pengabdian masyarakat kali ini melakukan pelatihan membuat media promosi dengan aplikasi canva, sebagai aplikasi yang relatif mudah d pahami, murah dan bisa dilakukan melalui handphone peserta yang berbasis android. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan pratikum. Hasil dari kegiatan ini peserta dapat menerima pengetahuan dan dapat  menggunakan aplikasi Canva.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor dalam profitabilitas bank umum syariah di Indonesia. Pengukuran dengan menggunakan rasio keuangan dapat menjelaskan dan memberikan gambaran tentang baik dan buruknya keadaan atau posisi keuangan dari suatu periode ke periode berikutnya. Rasio keuangan yang digunakan terdiri dari Capital Adequacy Ratio, Biaya Operasi dibanding Pendapatan Operasi, Financing to Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Financing dan Net Interest Margin yang dapat mempengaruhi profitabilitas, dengan proksi Return On Assets. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perbankan syariah yang beroperasi di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa keseluruhan variabel independen yang digunakan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Return On Assets Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Secara parsial Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio dan Net Interest Margin berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Return On Assets Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Biaya Operasi dibanding Pendapatan Operasi dan Non Performing Financing berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Assets Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

Transportation is a very important and strategic means of smoothing the wheels of the economy. Along with the increasing needs of urban communities for transportation in general, the railroad has become one of the alternative transportation options that are increasingly in demand by people with many advantages such as low pollution, free of traffic, mass, cheaper cost, and also relatively faster time. This study aims to determine the level of community satisfaction through information services on the KRL Access application. A total of 250 respondents were sampled as research using the convenience sampling method. The form of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained by the level of community satisfaction through information services on KRL Access applications partially and simultaneously by using the variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible obtain positive and significant results. This shows that good service is one of the keys to an organization's success because it will have a direct impact on the company's image.

Abstract

Abstract  - The utilization of technology in the banking industry such as mobile banking or often referred to as m-banking provides convenience in financial transactions. There are services on mobile banking, covering payments transfer, history, and others.The use of mobile banking services in cell phones allow that customers can more easily to run their banking activities indefinitely space and time.This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of mobile banking services on BRI Bank customer satisfaction in the city of Depok. A total of 100 respondents were surveyed online using the convenience sampling method. The form of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are obtained partially and simultaneously the quality of service using the variables reliability and responsiveness, assurance and security, convenience in banking, mobile banking efficiency and easy to use on customer satisfaction to obtain positive and significant results. Abstract

Abstrak  Berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi pada UMKM terdampak pandemi cukup dirasakan oleh para pelaku usaha tersebut. Hal ini tentu saja berakibat pada penurunan keuntungan secara signifikan dikarenanakan tingkat produktivitas yang rendah. Langkah terkait pemulihan ekonomi, dalam hal ini pemerintah melalui kementrian keuangan membuat kebijakan luar biasa untuk memitigasi dampak covid-19 dan perlambatan ekonomi dengan membuat Program Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional (PEN).  Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan Program Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional (PEN) memiliki dampak positif bagi sektor UMKM pada masa pandemi covid-19 sebagai langkah kebijakan yang diambil oleh pemerintah untuk mendukung pemulihan perekonomian nasional khususnya sektor UMKM yang memiliki kontribusi cukup besar. Rekomendasi kebijkan penguatan UMKM tidak hanya pada masa pandemi tetapi juga pada masa pemulihan dan pasca pandemi sehingga percepatan pemulihan ekonomi nasional dapat mencapai kestabilannya. Kata Kunci: Program PEN, Kebijkan Pandemi, UMKM  Abstract - The various problems that occur in SMEs affected by the pandemic are quite felt by these business actors. This of course results in a significant reduction in profits due to low productivity levels. Steps related to economic recovery, in this case, the government through the ministry of finance, make extraordinary policies to mitigate the impact of covid-19 and the economic slowdown by creating the National Economic Recovery Program (PEN). The research method used in this paper is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study show that the National Economic Recovery Program (PEN) has a positive impact on the MSME sector during the COVID-19 pandemic as a policy step taken by the government to support the recovery of the national economy, especially the MSME sector which has a significant contribution. Recommendations for strengthening MSME policies are not only during the pandemic but also during the recovery and post-pandemic period so that the acceleration of national economic recovery can achieve stability. Keywords: PEN Program, Pandemic Policy, MSME

Abstract— Risk management is an important part of management strategies all companies. The process whereby an organization appropriate the method is able to show risks happened one activity leading to success in in each of activity of all activities. The focus of risk management is identification and means of overcoming a risk. The targets to add value to maximum sustainable the organization. The role of risk management is expected to anticipate environment rapidly changing,, develop corporate governance, optimize strategic management, secure the sources of resources and asset owned organization and reduce reactive decision making from management the top. Risk management activities includes all the act of to give rest from the operations of a firm and supply rest soul required by all personnel company (including the owner, chairman and employees of a company) .Research methodology used for writing it is a technique descriptive analysis qualitative. Abstract

Abstract - The development of financial technology ( FinTech ) in Indonesia in recent times is very fast. Of this has been changing lifestyle community all sector of the local economy, one exception is in the financial which has the effect of to institutions financial service sectors contributed the country banking sector. The utilization of technology this provides a real challenge and the threat of an by himself and for of banking industry in the form of the strength and weakness that has been so there was a moment this to keep in can continue giving the best services. Using SWOT analysis can be material for making strategic planning and achieving goals short term both companies as well as long term in a more systematic by the banking industries. The research suggests the development of digital technology have impacted very large FinTech in the industry in the financing sector and this is unavoidable. Menggunakan analisa SWOT dapat menjadi bahan untuk membuat perencanaan strategis dan mencapai tujuan perusahaan baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang secara lebih sistematis oleh para pelaku industri perbankan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan perkembangan teknologi digital telah memberi dampak yang sangat besar terhadap pertumbuhan industri FinTech yang masuk ke sektor pembiayaan dan hal ini tidak dapat dihindari. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja keuangan perusahaan dengan menggunakan analisa rasio keuangan terhadap laporan keuangan masing-masing perusahaan selama periode 2011-2015, dengan mengambil obyek pada perusahaan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kausalitatif dengan menganalisis laporan keuangan menggunakan data sekunder dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah rasio keuangan, yaitu Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Rentabilitas dan Rasio Solvabilitas.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan bisnis dapat terjadi muncul kapan saja. Terkadang hal yang dilupakan adalah melakukan bisnis langsung menjalankan usaha tanpa melalui tahapan yang benar sehingga bisnis yang dijalankan tidak mengalami perkembangan. Pengenalan perencanaan bisnis sekaligus pelatihan ini diterapkan pada mitra pengabdian masyarakat di komunitas Perempuan Indonesia Maju (PIM) Bogor yang menjadi wadah bagi anggotanya yang seluruhnya perempuan dan  telah memiliki bisnis dan berwirausaha dalam semua bidang. Setelah dilakukan pemetaan masalah, bahwa saat ini mereka langsung menjalankan usaha, hanya karena melihat potensi keuntungan sesaat dan tidak mempersiapkan bisnisnya dengan matang, bahkan banyak yang tidak direncanakan dengan rinci padahal dalam berbisnis dihadapkan dengan banyak risiko seperti masalah pasokan, masalah kualitas produk, masalah memperoleh dan mempertahankan pelanggan, sampai mendeteksi jenis pengeluaran dan pendapatan usaha. Pada akhirnya disepakatilah pada pengabdian masyarakat ini melakukan pelatihan terkait perencanaan bisnis berupa model BMC (Business Model Canvas) yang dianggap mudah dan sederhana untuk dipahami. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah yang isinya menjelaskan pentingnya perencanaan bisnis dan konsep Business Model Canvas. Berdasarkan tanggapan atas kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada peserta yang berjumlah 29 orang menunjukkan bahwa dari pelaksanaan kegiatan hasilnya 100 persen atau keseluruhan peserta setuju kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat meningkatan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan keahlian anggota komunitas dalam membuat rencana bisnis kedepannya. Kata kunci: pelatihan; perencanaan; bisnis; BMC. ABSTRACTBusiness problems can occur at any time. Sometimes the thing that is forgotten is doing business directly running a business without going through the correct stages so that the business being run does not experience development. This introduction to business planning as well as training was applied to community service partners in the Maju Indonesia Women's Community (PIM) Bogor, which became a forum for its members who were all women and already had businesses and entrepreneurship in all fields. After mapping the problem, that currently they are directly running the business, just because they saw the potential for temporary profits and did not prepare their business carefully, even many of them were not planned in detail even though in doing business they were faced with many risks such as supply problems, product quality problems, problems obtaining and retain customers, to detect the type of expenses and revenues of the business. In the end, it was agreed that this community service would conduct training related to business planning in the form of the BMC (Business Model Canvas) model which is considered easy and simple to understand. This Community Service activity is carried out using the lecture method, which explains the importance of business planning and the concept of the Business Model Canvas. Based on the responses to the questionnaire distributed to 29 participants, it shows that from the implementation of the activities the results are 100 percent or all participants agree that this community service activity can increase the insight, knowledge, skills and expertise of community members in making future business plans. Keywords: training; planning; business; BMC

Abstract

The retail industry is one of the sectors hardest hit by the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. This condition has resulted in a number of large retail companies in Indonesia experiencing financial distress to the point of announcing that they experienced losses and could no longer survive. The purpose of this study was to analyze financial distress in retail companies during the covid-19 pandemic. In this research, the type of descriptive quantitative research is used. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique and the type of data used secondary data. The data collection method uses the financial statements of retail sector companies with hypermarket, supermarket and minimarket businesses that have been published for the 2017-2020 period. Data analysis used the first Altman Z-Score discriminant ratio model. The results of the study show that from 2017-2019 most issuers are in the non-distress category or not bankrupt, except for HERO which is in a gray area condition. Then for 2020 the issuers of MPPA, RANC, AMRT remain in a non-distress condition, while the issuers of RALS and MIDI shift to the condition of the gray area, issuers of HERO are experiencing a setback by being in a state of distress or experiencing financial difficulties.
