This research used a quantitative approach which was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 112 Mobile Banking users in Jambi City. The methods used in this research are instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests) and multiple liner analysis along with statistical tests (t test, F test and R2 Determination Coefficient). The results of this research show that features have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction which can be determined using the t test with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a value of tcount > ttable, namely 3.426 > 0.198217. Product variations have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction as evidenced by the significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and the tcount > ttable value, namely 3.577 > 0.198217. ease of transactions has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction which can be seen with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a value of tcount > ttable, namely 3.385 > 0.198217. Simultaneously, features, product variations and ease of transactions have a positive and significant effect on mobile banking user satisfaction at sharia banking financial institutions which can be seen from the F test, namely fcount > ftable or 40.058 > 2.69 and the resulting significance value is 0.000 < 0.005. The determinant coefficient value is 0.514 or 51.4% and the remaining 0.486 or 48.6% can be explained by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

This community service activity is part of the Regular Community Service Program (KKN) held in Lancong Village, Sungai Mas District, West Aceh Regency. The focus of this activity is to increase elementary school students' awareness of the dangers of bullying, strengthen clean and healthy living behaviors (PHBS), and develop creativity in the learning process. The background of this activity is based on the still low understanding of some students about the negative impacts of bullying, lack of habits of maintaining personal hygiene, and limited channels for expressing creative ideas in schools. The activity was carried out at Lancong Public Elementary School involving students in grades 4 to 6 through an interactive educational approach. The methods used included informative presentations, educational games, group discussions, and creative practice in the form of making thematic posters. The session on bullying was aimed at providing an understanding of the forms of bullying, its impact on victims and the school environment, as well as prevention and handling strategies. PHBS material was delivered through demonstrations of how to wash hands properly, maintain a clean classroom environment, and the implementation of a healthy lifestyle every day. In the creativity development section, students were invited to express anti-bullying and PHBS messages through posters that were then presented in front of their peers. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of the importance of mutual respect, avoiding bullying, and practicing healthy lifestyles. Furthermore, students' skills in expressing ideas creatively also developed, as seen from the enthusiasm and quality of the posters produced. This program has had a positive impact on shaping positive attitudes and habits in the school environment, while also serving as a model for educational activities that can be implemented in other schools. Thus, this activity contributes to the holistic development of students' character, encompassing social, health, and creativity aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse legal protection for consumers in the purchase of reconditioned electronic goods in Banda Aceh, viewed from the perspective of Islamic law and Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, utilising data collection techniques that include literature reviews, field observations, and interviews with consumers and business actors. The results of the study indicate that many business operators use ambiguous terms, such as "used goods" or "ex-inter," without providing transparent explanations, which can obscure the status of the goods as refurbished. Although some consumers are aware of the meaning of these terms, they do not fully understand the risks and quality of the goods they purchase. From an Islamic law perspective, such practices may fall under the categories of tadlis and gharar, which are prohibited in sales contracts. Meanwhile, according to Law No. 8 of 1999, this practice contradicts the obligation of business operators to provide honest information and consumers' right to clarity regarding the goods they purchase. Challenges in implementing consumer protection include low consumer legal literacy, weak oversight of reconditioned product sales, and limited effectiveness of dispute resolution mechanisms. This study recommends strengthening regulations, consumer education, and enforcing principles of transparency and Islamic business ethics as efforts to achieve more optimal protection.
