Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh biaya operasional terhadap laba pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Karya Harta Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas untuk menjelaskan hubungan sebab akibat antara biaya operasional dan laba. Subjek penelitian adalah KSP Karya Harta Singaraja, dan objek penelitiannya adalah biaya operasional dan laba. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa biaya operasional (X) memiliki hubungan parsial yang positif dan signifikan terhadap laba (Y). Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 71,2% menunjukkan bahwa 71,2% variasi laba (Y) dijelaskan oleh variasi biaya operasional (X). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan biaya operasional (X) akan berakibat pada penurunan laba (Y). Hal ini menandakan bahwa biaya operasional merupakan salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi laba KSP Karya Harta Singaraja.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of (1) innovation on success. The research design used in thisstudy is quantitative causal research. In this study, the subject of the research was a customer at PanikiDepot, and the object of the study was innovation and success. The sample taken in this study was 79people. Data is collected with interviews, document recordings, and questionnaire methods, as well asanalysed with simple regression analysis. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of vendor performance evaluation, product quality, and price on user satisfaction of laboratory facilities at Universitas Pertamina. A quantitative research approach was employed, and data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 65 respondents, utilizing a total sampling method. The research variables were measured using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed through multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS 22.0. The findings reveal that vendor performance, product quality, and price each have a positive and significant partial effect on user satisfaction. Furthermore, all three variables simultaneously exert a significant influence on user satisfaction. The results emphasize the critical role of maintaining high vendor standards, ensuring the quality of products and services, and implementing competitive pricing strategies to enhance user satisfaction in laboratory environments. These insights offer valuable implications for laboratory management practices in higher education institutions.
