Abstract

Salah satu aplikasi yang dimasukkan ke dalam sistem informasi untuk memudahkan aktivitas sivitas akademika adalah Chatbot. Universitas Metamedia telah menggunakan teknologi informasi ini dengan nama MechatBot. MechatBot merupakan fitur pertama yang dicari pengguna ketika mengalami kendala dan membutuhkan informasi cepat ketika bagian administrasi perkantoran tidak memiliki jam layanan. Sebelumnya, seluruh layanan dilakukan secara offline atau melalui layanan informasi yang memiliki jam operasional. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah aplikasi MechatBot untuk membantu menjawab pertanyaan mengenai penggunaan aplikasi pada sistem informasi akademik. MechatBot ini menggunakan teknologi web dan algoritma bigram sebagai algoritma pencocokan pola kalimat dan metode forward chaining sebagai metode penalarannya. Metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode prototyping dan pengujian aplikasi dengan metode Black Box. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi MechatBot yang dapat membantu pengguna menjawab pertanyaan seputar informasi akademik dengan cepat tanpa menunggu layanan kampus dapat beroperasi kembali.

Abstract

Web App development within the scope of the company is very in necessary in today's technological era. Development increasingly advanced technology is proof that the level of technology is high in the field of computer science. Data management is very important for a company companies, especially palm oil companies. A company needs a tool or system for managing and monitoring data company to be more efficient, simple, fast and precise. There fore the author designing a system to make it easier for companies to manage data palm oil plantations using a very easy Web App used. This research aims to develop the Sawit Kita Web App, an Artificial Intelligence based e-learning platform and community forpalm oil farmers in Indonesia. The Sawit Kita Web App consists of three main features, namely GPT 4 chat, e-learning modules and community platform. Chat GPT 4 is an Artificial Intelligence-based virtual assistant that can answer questions, provide suggestions, and produce creative content about oil palm cultivation with customization of data input by developer. The e-learning module is a feature that provides interactive and easy-to-understand learning materials about cultivation sustainable palm oil. The community platform is a feature that facilitate communication and collaboration between oil palm farmers and researchers, extension workers, and other related parties in a discussion forum. Target This research is to improve access and quality of information, literacy and skills, participation and collaboration, as well as productivity and well-being palm oil farmers in Indonesia. The research method used is method research and development with stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research is expected to provide contribution to the development of the oil palm plantation sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

The high prevalence of stunting that currently occurs is a serious problem faced. This is because stunting checks are still done manually. For this reason, an application for detecting stunting in toddlers using Arduino Uno was designed, in the form of the SIPASBU application (Information System for Preventing Stunting in Mothers and Toddlers) quickly, accurately, and able to provide early treatment using Arduino Uno tools. The problem that occurs is that there are still complaints from health workers when using the SIPASBU application. The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction of SIPASBU application users, in this case health workers at the Puskesmas. Webqual 4.0 is used as a method to evaluate and analyze the SIPASBU application which is used as a medium for online stunting detection. In order for the evaluation to be carried out, assessment variables are needed that refer to three variables, namely Usability, Information, and Service Interaction. The results showed that the Usability value in measuring the quality level of the SIPASBU application was 3.32 with the Good category. The Information Quality value in measuring the quality level of the SIPASBU application is 3.22 with the Good category, for the Interaction Quality value in measuring the quality level of the SIPASBU application is 3.33 with the Good category. The overall value for the WebQual 4.0 indicator obtained is 3.29 in the Good category, so users assess that the SIPASBU application is qualified as a medium for detecting stunting of toddlers at the Puskesmas
