Abstract

Control information on Community Health Centre Seberang Padang currently has problems in controlling the information that is used today. Those problems include the management for information to someone, not the existence of an information system to process and store data into a database, and the archived information is only information in the form of a letter. For that built an information system to solve the problems on the control of information in and out information on Community Health Centre Seberang Padang, that information needs can be met and served quickly and precisely. The advantages of the proposed system can facilitate the management of information in and out information, the information can be accessed by officers who have id and password so do not depend on one officer. Another convenience is that these applications can store information in digital form such as image, PDF, audio and video

Abstract

Pemeliharaan peralatan dan mesin kantor merupakan kegiatan rutin Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Tanah Datar dalam usaha meningkatkan kemampuan kerja dan memperpanjang usia pakai peralatan dan mesin. Administrasi pencatatan data keadaan, pembiayaan, dan pelaporan masih dilakukan secara manual. Munculnya teknologi Sistem Informasi telah merubah manajemen pelayanan pemeliharaan. Banyak informasi pemeliharaan Peralatan dan Mesin Kantor yang tersedia pada Sistem Informasi ini diantarnya: riwayat pememeliharaan, rekam biaya pemeliharaan danpelacakan informasi yang relevan seperti penyebab masalah hal ini semua membantu manajemen menjadi efisien. Sistem Informasi Pemeliharaan dibangun denganVisual C Sharp dan menggunakan database MySQL. Pegawai yang terlatih mengoperasikan Sistem Informasi ini tentu dapat menggunakan semua fitur yang ada dengan demikian ketersediaan akan informasi pemeliharaan Peralatan dan Mesin Kantor dapat tersimpan dengan lengkap diantaranyariwayat pemeliharaan tentang: tanggal kejadian, kerusakan, spare spart yang diganti, lama waktu perawatan dan biaya yang ditimbulkan. Selain itu Sistem juga memberikan informasi frekuensi pemeliharaan peralatan dan mesin kantor. Abstract

Zombie distro company is a distributor and retailer of garments based in the city of Padang. Currently the company has 14 business units spread across the city of Padang and Pekanbaru. During this time, the company has used to manage the Sales Application transaction data, DBMS used is Microsoft Access. Role of applications that manage the data of purchase, stock, distribution and sales business unit. Each business unit is also conductinga similar difference does not make a purchase to receive the goods but increase the mutation of goods from the head office. Business units everyday to send  transaction data to the central office via email. Sales application to importand combineall the data so that it can be seen: inventory, daily sales, transfers and purchases. circum stancessuch as these continue to run for years so ittends to increase the database size to 40MB. Constraint that arises is diminishing Sales Application performance, the management wants to migratea database from Microsoft Access to MySQL. Data Conversion Algorithm Algorithm (AKD) is used to convert sales data. How it works AKD algorithm: (1) equating way connection because both are using different platforms using ODBC, (2) read the table one by one from the old database, (3) change the structure of thet able and write it to a new database recorder record, (4) repeat process 1, 2 and 3 until all thet ables in the old database to the new database migration. Users candirectly use the new database that contains the old sale stransaction data. The new database can be accessed by the new Sales Application.Keywords: algorithm, ODBC, conversion, migration

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjawab permasalahan kondisi beragamnya informasi yang disajikan di berbagai web rendahnya keinginan wisatawan berkunjung kesuatu lokasi wisata. Sistem informasi GIS menggunakan informasi spasial yang efektif untuk kehidupan manusia, dalam konteks ini berarti serangkaian kegiatan yang terdiri dari interoperabilitas antara unsur-unsur dunia nyata untuk tujuan penggunaan secara umum. Informasi spasial berupa lokasi objek wisata dibutuhkan untuk menandai objek wisata pada peta, tempat atau posisi lokasi dalam bentuk koordinat berdasarkan garis bujur dan garis lintang untuk mengetahui letak objek wisata secara geografi. Query yang ditulis dalam fungsi-fungsi aplikasi akan terpicu membaca database untuk menghasilkan informasi peta lokasi wisata, jarak tempuh, hotel, restoran, biro perjalanan dan informasi lain ketika icon di click oleh wisatawan. Spatial information in the form of tourist sites needed to mark the attraction on the map, place or position of the location in the form of coordinates based on the longitude and latitude to determine the geographical location of the attraction. Queries written in the application functions will be triggered to read the database to generate information maps tourist location, mileage, hotels, restaurants, travel agencies and other information when clicking the icon on tour. Abstract

Dijkstra's algorithm is commonly used to determine the shortest route connecting a point as a starting node to another which acts as the end node. In this study, the UNP student dormitory acted as the starting node, while the library which is frequently visited by students was sampled from the campus as the end node. Due to the fact that students generally live around campus and move on foot, an alternative route is needed to determine the fastest travel time. Therefore, this study aims to determine the route with the fastest travel time from the start to the end of nodes using the Dijkstra algorithm, in comparison with the route displayed by Google Map. Data were obtained from Google Map, which showed the availability of many routes with the possibility of students taking the fastest travel time. The result showed that the fastest route using the Dijkstra algorithm and Google Map were 14 and 3 alternatives at 15 and 21 minutes intervals. Based on these data, it is concluded that the travel time through the fastest route obtained using the Dijkstra algorithm was 6 minutes faster than data found in the Google Map.

Abstract

Technological advances are always developing, especially in the field of utilizing computers both in terms of hardware and software. The use of technology in sales activities is expected to increase the number of sales and profits. Fauzan Motor store in its business activities still does not have an integrated system so that in running its business there are still many shortcomings such as the slow delivery of new products to customers, so that customers are only glued to one product. Lack of information obtained by customers causes low sales. Mala conducted this research for the Fauzan Motor store in increasing sales using the up selling method. The system built is a computerized sales system development. The system works by comparing the product that has been selected by the customer with similar products, such as a brand, category with a higher price and quality, one level above the product chosen by the customer. Sales information system development technique using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The programming language used is PHP 7 which is based on Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and JavaScript. Structuring objects using Bootstrap 5 on web pages to make them more informative. This research produces a sales application system that can increase sales turnover. Each customer is given recommendations for several available products so that consumers can choose products according to quality and affordable prices. So this research is very helpful in increasing sales and is more effective in increasing store revenue.

Abstract

Abstrak Sistem informasi kenaikan pangkat dan kenaikan gaji berkala pegawai merupakan sebuah sistem yang akan mempermudah sub bagian kepegwaaian untuk mengolah data kenaikan pangkat dan kenaikan gaji berkala pegawai PNS pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Untuk mempermudah pegawai untuk mengingat dan mengurus kenaikan gaji berkala secara tepat waktu serta mempermudah bendahara gaji sehingga tidak membuat rapel kenaikan pangkat dan kenaikan gaji berkala pegawai PNS karena pengusulan bahan kenaikan pangkat dan KGB sudah tepat waktu. Adapun permasalahan yang ditemui adalah kegiatan pengolahan data kenaikan pangkat dan kenaikan gaji berkala pegawai masih dilakukan secara manual, mencatat ke buku besar. Kemudian pegawai terlambat mengusulkan kenaikan pangkat dan kenaikan gaji berkala sehingga bendahara gaji membuat rapel kekurangan gaji dan kurangnya kontrol dari sub bagian kepegawaian untuk mengingatkan pegawai yang akan memasuki masa jatuh tempo kenaikan pangkat dan KGB disebabkan penyimpanan arsip secara manual. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam pembuatan sistem ini ialah SDLC Waterfall dengan menggunakan alat bantu perancangan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan nantinya dapat membantu Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa dalam pengolahan data kenaikan pangkat dan gaji berkala agar mencapai efektifitas dan efesiensi kerja. Sistem informasi kenaikan pangkat dan kenaikan gaji berkala pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Padang Pariaman ini mempunyai 5 laporan sebagai solusi dari permasalahan sebelumnya yaitu laporan data pegawai, laporan pengusulan kenaikan pangkat, laporan pengusulan kenaikan gaji berkala, laporan jatuh tempo kenaikan pangkat.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Berkala, SDLC, UML

Abstract

The high prevalence of stunting that currently occurs is a serious problem faced. This is because stunting checks are still done manually. For this reason, an application for detecting stunting in toddlers using Arduino Uno was designed, in the form of the SIPASBU application (Information System for Preventing Stunting in Mothers and Toddlers) quickly, accurately, and able to provide early treatment using Arduino Uno tools. The problem that occurs is that there are still complaints from health workers when using the SIPASBU application. The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction of SIPASBU application users, in this case health workers at the Puskesmas. Webqual 4.0 is used as a method to evaluate and analyze the SIPASBU application which is used as a medium for online stunting detection. In order for the evaluation to be carried out, assessment variables are needed that refer to three variables, namely Usability, Information, and Service Interaction. The results showed that the Usability value in measuring the quality level of the SIPASBU application was 3.32 with the Good category. The Information Quality value in measuring the quality level of the SIPASBU application is 3.22 with the Good category, for the Interaction Quality value in measuring the quality level of the SIPASBU application is 3.33 with the Good category. The overall value for the WebQual 4.0 indicator obtained is 3.29 in the Good category, so users assess that the SIPASBU application is qualified as a medium for detecting stunting of toddlers at the Puskesmas
