Abstract

The aim of this research is to clarify the differences between social support and self-actualization. based on the educational story of the stunting Family Support Team in Surabaya City. This research uses a quantitative research model by applying reciprocal or cause and effect research. The total number of subjects was 376 volunteers from the Stunting Family Support Team in Surabaya City. The sample size is based on the Krejcie and Morgan table with a total family support team population of 6,000 members. The data collection procedure uses an online questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale using Google Forms. The data analysis procedure uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the research results, it is proven that there is a significant difference between middle school, high school, diploma and bachelor's education history with a sig.<0.05 value found in the high school education history, while middle school, diploma and bachelor's education history does not show a sig.<0.05. Based on the significance value obtained, there is quite a significant difference between educational history and social support variables on self-actualization

Abstract

Fenomena perilaku menyimpang seperti perundungan, kecurangan akademik, dan pelanggaran aturan sosial menunjukkan bahwa individu sering kali tidak hanya bertindak secara impulsif, tetapi juga melakukan pembenaran moral atas tindakannya. Kondisi ini berkaitan erat dengan lemahnya kontrol diri dan munculnya mekanisme moral disengagement. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya kontrol diri sebagai benteng moral serta mengenalkan konsep moral disengagement dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan berupa webinar psikoedukasi yang diikuti oleh mahasiswa dan masyarakat umum. Materi disampaikan melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan refleksi diri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang peran kontrol diri dalam mencegah perilaku menyimpang serta kesadaran akan kecenderungan melakukan pembenaran moral. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam membangun perilaku etis dan kepatuhan terhadap norma sosial melalui penguatan kontrol diri.

Abstract

The development of social media has significantly changed human communication patterns, but on the other hand, it has given rise to various forms of negative behavior, one of which is verbal aggression. Verbal aggression in social media interactions has become a fairly frequent phenomenon due to the high intensity of use of digital platforms that are fast, anonymous, and have minimal social control. This study aims to comprehensively examine the findings of previous research related to verbal aggression behavior in social media interactions between 2015 and 2025. The method used is a literature study by analyzing 18 scientific articles obtained from various national and international journal databases. The results of this study indicate that verbal aggression on social media is influenced by various factors, including user emotional responses, personality traits, loneliness, fanaticism, socio-political dynamics, and digital media characteristics such as anonymity and discourse polarization. Verbal aggression manifests itself in the form of abusive comments, insults, hate speech, and threats, which negatively impact individual psychological well-being and the quality of online communication. The conclusion of this study confirms that verbal aggression on social media is a multidimensional phenomenon that requires an integrative approach through digital literacy, psychological interventions, policy regulation, and ethical and sustainable technology development.
