Abstract

Community representation is synonymous with its position in a country's political institutions. Kedah is a sultanate which is part of Malaysia, even though it is a sultanate, Kedah has a Representative or Legislative Body consisting of multi-party institutions, the institution is called the Kedah State Invitation Council. 36 Members of the State Invitation Board were elected to represent each constituency of the state of Kedah. Its functions and authorities are almost the same as Indonesia's, namely dealing with regulations (legislation), deliberating the state budget, and supervising the implementation of Kedah's development. Because Kedah is a sultanate, the Sultan's influence is still very strong. ADUN's position is not very functional, especially in supervising development. The service was held in Mukin Singkir Village, Yan Kedah which was attended by the Kedah community and students from UUM Kedah. This service in the form of counseling invites the Kedah community to further enhance their role in development, especially the women of Kedah. It is hoped that this counseling can increase community representation in development in Kedah.

Abstract

Anggaran Dana Desa mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa dan kualitas hidup manusia, dalam pelaksanaannya menemui banyak kendala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan alternatif strategi yang cocok untuk pelaksanaan program pembangunan desa di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir sesuai dengan karakteristik desa sehingga pelaksanaan pembangunan berjalan efektif dan efisien. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yang dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan data primer dan sekunder terkait pengelolaan angaran dana desa dan permasalahannya. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulakan Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa Anggaran Dana Desa telah cukup memberikan dampak pada pembangunan infrastruktur jalan dan jembatan, sedangkan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat masih sangat rendah. Program peningkatan kapasitas sumberdaya aparatur desa khususnya untuk pengelolaan keuangan sesuai dengan aturan dan pemahaman tentang kewenangan kepala desa sangat diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan anggaran dana desa.

Abstract

The demographic bonus that will hit Indonesia in 2030-2040, where the productive age population (15-64 years) is greater than the non-productive age (65 years and over) more than 60% of the total population of Indonesia. Productive age is expected to contribute positively to development rather than being a population disaster for development, including in Siak District. A comprehensive strategy is needed so that when the demographic bonus occurs, the government is ready with regulations and human resources for managers and objects of population development programs. The Siak Regent's strategy to increase awareness by issuing the Siak Regent Decree number: 213/HK/KPTS/2023 concerning the Establishment of Quality Family Villages at the Village and Kelurahan levels in Siak District in 2023 has not been implemented properly, based on this policy, 131 KB villages should have been formed in Siak District in 2023. This happens because stakeholders do not understand the benefits of population development governance. Synergy is needed in the implementation of the KB Village program with a collaborative Governance pattern, so that it becomes a solution to population development in Siak district. Research using qualitative methods, directly interacting with the object of research.
