Abstract

The research was conducted on teachers at SMP 18 Pekanbaru, SMP 12 Pekanbaru, SMPN 3 Pekanbaru, and SMPN 6 Pekanbaru with the aim of examining the role of professional learning in mediating the effect of learner-centered leadership on teacher self-efficacy. The study population consisted of 178 individuals. Based on this population size, according to the Krejcie and Morgan table (1970), the sample size for this study was 123 individuals. The sampling method employed in this research was Systematic Random Sampling. All respondents were used to obtain primary data related to the variables, which were collected through a questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale. All data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. The study found that learner-centered leadership had a significant positive effect on teacher self-efficacy; learner-centered leadership had a significant positive effect on professional learning; professional learning had a significant positive effect on teacher self-efficacy; and professional learning mediated the effect of learner-centered leadership on teacher self-efficacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh servicescape terhadap revisit intention dengan variabel kepercayaan pada layanan dan kredibilitas pada layanan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada seluruh masyarakat yang ada di Kota Pekanbaru yang pernah melakukan atau menggunakan jasa penyedia layanan kesehatan seperti rumah sakit, klinik ataupun puskesmas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan program WarpPLS 5 untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa servicescape berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan layanan pada pusat layanan kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru, servicescape berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kredibilitas layanan di pusat layanan kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru, kepercayaan layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention pada pelayanan di pusat layanan kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru, kredibilitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention pada pelayanan di pusat layanan kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru, Servicescape tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention pada pusat layanan kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru, dan servicescape melalui mediasi kepercayaan pada layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Variabel servicescape melalui mediasi kredibilitas pada layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Civil Servants of the Riau Provincial Council Secretariat with the aim of examining the role of work engagement in mediating the relationship between authentic leadership and employee innovative behavior. The population of this study amounted to 196 employees. As for the research sample size, the authors use a table from Krejcie & Morgan, 1970 of 132 which was taken using systematic sampling. Analysis of the research data using descriptive statistics and verification analysis, as an analytical tool used Structural Equational Model which is processed with SmartPLS2 Software. The results of the analysis prove that at the Secretariat of the Riau Provincial Council, the more effective the authentic leadership, the more likely it is to increase the innovative behavior of employees; and an increase in the authentic leadership behavior of the leader accompanied by better employee engagement and innovative behavior.
