Abstract

In this digital era, social media has grown into a scourge of millennial life. Social media adorns almost all platforms, both the business world, the world of information, to other lifestyles, it is like the necessities of life for the millennial community. One of the social media platforms that is busy being used by users is the Facebook marketplace application where in this application we can get both information, websites and social media. buying and selling, and communication. Buying and selling online through a marketplace platform provided by Facebook which is used to design and implement the conception, distribution of goods, ideas, and services that will be exchanged to individuals or groups to fulfill needs. So this study aims to clearly see the role of the facebook marketplace platform as a media marketplace that is much needed by the public and a marketing strategy that is usually done in the facebook marketplace social media. The research method used is descriptive literature study. This research discusses about Bintang Jaya Grafika as one of the sellers who use the platform as a promotional material. This is a creative marketing strategy to attract buyers. The use of a Facebook marketplace can be a new idea in a cheap and effective marketing strategy in increasing sales and good promotions.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis study aims to develop an application for the Semester/Year End Assessment Process. The application developed is a Computer-Based Assessment Application (ABK). The research method used in this study is a qualitative development research method. This research was conducted at SMPN 3 Lembah Bawang during the PTS in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. Data collection techniques in this study are by way of observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the application developed is valid and feasible for testing. The results of this study also show that after using the ABK Application, it has an impact in the form of 1) Makes it easier for teachers to make corrections and analyze students' work results automatically without doing it manually, 2) Helps motivate and students in learning to use computer devices and makes them slowly get used to with computer equipment, 3) Can cut school funding expenditures for procuring photocopies of questions so that they can be kept as low as possible and greatly save costs and 4) Can assist in improving teacher competence so that they are always familiar with the use of computer devices in the world of education.Kata Kunci:  Computer-based Assessment, Articulate StorylineABSTRACTPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi untuk Proses Penilaian Akhir Semester/Tahun. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan berupa Aplikasi Assessment Berbasis Komputer (ABK). Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian Pengembangan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMPN 3 Lembah Bawang pada saat PTS semester Ganjil Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan cara melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan valid dan layak untuk digunakan. Hasil penelitian ini pula menunjukkan bahwa setelah menggunakan Aplikasi ABK, menimbulkan dampak berupa 1) Memudahkan guru untuk melakukan pengoreksian dan menganalisis hasil pekerjaan peserta didik secara otomatis tanpa dilakukan secara manual, 2) Membantu memotivasi beserta didik dalam belajar menggunakan perangkat komputer dan membuat mereka perlahan terbiasa dengan perangkat komputer, 3) Dapat memangkas pengeluaran dana Sekolah untuk pengadaan fotocopy soal sehingga dapat ditekan serendah-rendahnya dan sangat menghemat biaya serta 4) Dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru agar selalu terbiasa dengan penggunaan perangkat komputer dalam dunia Pendidikan.Keywords: Assesmen Berbasis Komputer, Articulate Storyline

Abstract

As a tactical step away from the concept of democracy, general elections in Indonesia are always faced with the practice of political clientelism.These problems are certainly a warning of the death of substantial democracy. Amid these threats, the 2024 general election has a different vote map from previous periods, where the proportion of young voters exceeds 50% of the national vote. This study aims to see the potential role that young voters can play in the 2024 general election to create substantial democracy. This article is a literature study through collecting library data, reading, recording, and processing research materials. In general, this article finds that young voters have a fairly high level of concern for environmental and climate issues after the issue of corruption. In particular, this article shows that climate and environmental issues can become a political narrative that encourages the creation of substantial democracy in the 2024 general election. In the pattern of political clientelism, the 2024 general election can form substantial democracy through the propositions of young voters and their interests, which will form a political narrative based on ideas.

Abstract

This study discusses changes in the coalition pattern of political parties in the leadership period of President Joko Widodo who was elected in 2014 and 2019, this research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature/literature study approach, so the results show that in the first period the coalition pattern that was built was an ideological coalition pattern, but this pattern changed to transactional pragmatism, because the Coalition of political parties pro-president Joko Widodo's government experienced successive defeats in parliament, One of the defeats did not get a leadership seat in parliament because it lost the number of votes in parliament, so the ideological coalition pattern turned into a transactional pragmatic coalition, where President Joko Widodo attracted opposition parties, namely PPP, Golkar and PAN, to join the pro-government coalition, by sharing ministerial seats, with the aim that the government coalition could win in parliament in determining policies. In the second period of Joko Widodo's presidency, he became more pragmatic because Prabowo, who was Joko Widodo's rival, was drawn into a coalition with the government by giving Prabowo the position of Minister of Defense, so that the impact caused by democracy became unstable, because opposition parties were getting weaker and many policies in their determination were controversial, including the Job Creation Law, revision of the KPK Law, the IKN Law and the dissolution of organizations considered radical by the government.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Sistem informasi dalam keperawatan merupakan komponen kunci dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan modern dan sebagai kunci untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Rumah Sakit Universitas Tanjungpura memiliki fasilitas dan sumber daya manusia dalam yang mendukung dalam menggunakan sistem informasi dalam proses asuhan keperawatan berbasiskomputer. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis proses penerapan sistem informasi dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit UniversitasTanjungpura. Metode: Desain kualitatif deskriptif pendekatan fenomenologi, diambil dengan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode Miles dan Huberman. Hasil: Penelitian ini teridenfikasi empat tema yaitu Pelaksanaan pendokumentasian terintegrasi dengan dua kategori yaitu orientasi terhadap dokumentasi dan kelemahan paper base, Pemahaman tentang pendokumentasian berbasis komputerisasi dengan dua kategori yaitu kemudahan terhadap komputerisasi dan pengetahuan, Persiapan perawat dalam proses penerapan SIMRS dengan tiga kategori yaitu persepsi perawat terhadap penerapan SIMRS, wacana publik dan pengembangan perawat, dan Penghambat dalam penerapan sistem informasi dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dengan tiga kategori yaitu sumber daya manusia tenaga ahli IT, fasilitas dan ketidaksamaan visi dalam birokrasi. Kesimpulan: Rencana penerapam sistem informasi dalam pendokumentasian keperawatan Rumah Sakit Universitas Tanjungpura dipengaruhi oleh perawat, manfaat dalam peningkatkan kinerja dan mutu pelayanan dan pengetahuan perawat, selanjutnya didukung dengan tenaga infomatika, fasilitas dan manajemen rumah sakit.

Abstract

This study was conducted to address the low level of students' skills in performing operations with integers. This issue arose because, since the Covid-19 pandemic, many elementary school students have experienced learning loss, which has impacted their learning processes upon entering secondary school. Therefore, to optimize classroom learning time, students were also provided with opportunities for independent learning using interactive instructional materials. This study employed a quantitative development method using the ADDIE model and involved 50 seventh-grade students from SMPN 1 Lembah Bawang and SMPN 3 Lembah Bawang. Data collection techniques included tests and interviews using questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by comparing pre-test and post-test results, as well as calculating effect size to determine the extent of influence after using the instructional materials. The study resulted in the development of instructional materials validated by experts and shown to improve students' skills in integer operations. After using the developed materials, more than 50% of students demonstrated high proficiency in operating integers, compared to 66% who had low proficiency beforehand. The resulting effect sizes after using the instructional materials were categorized as medium (d = 0.7) and high (d = 1.0). It can thus be concluded that the developed instructional materials effectively enhance students"™ skills in performing integer operations and are suitable for production and use in secondary schools.

Abstract

Commercial law in Indonesia is an essential instrument to ensure certainty and fairness in economic activities. However, in practice, legal disputes often arise due to contractual default, breach of agreement, bankruptcy, and unfair business competition. This study aims to analyze the causes of legal disputes in the practice of commercial law in Indonesia and the mechanisms for their resolution. The research method employed is a normative juridical approach by analyzing legislation, legal doctrines, and court decisions. The findings indicate that although litigation and non-litigation mechanisms are available, the effectiveness of dispute resolution is still influenced by the integrity of legal enforcers, the quality of contracts, and the legal awareness of business actors. Therefore, commercial law reform and the strengthening of dispute resolution institutions are necessary to create a healthy business climate.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis bangkitan pergerakan yang terdiri dari pergerakan yang dibangkitkan berdasarkan location quotient di wilayah Kota Banda Aceh serta mengetahui variabel yang mempengaruhi bangkitan pergerakan. Data penelitian berupa data sekunder Badan Pusat Statistika dan data primer melalui kuesioner secara random sampling. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan teknik analisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil regresi model bangkitan dilakukan pada 3 kecamatan yang nilai LQ nya lebih besar dari 1 yaitu Kecamatan Kuta Alam, Syiah Kuala dan Ulee Kareng. Hasil analisis model bangkitan sektor perkantoran dan perekonomiaan di Kecamatan Kuta Alam, yang mempengaruhi bangkitan secara signifikan adalah jumlah kepemilikan kendaraan dan pemilihan moda yang berpengaruh secara negatif. Setiap kenaikan jumlah kendaraan dan pemilihan moda, maka akan mengurangi bangkitan. Sektor pendidikan di Kecamatan Syiah Kuala, hanya jumlah kepemilikan kendaraan yang mempengaruhi bangkitan secara positif. Artinya, setiap kenaikan jumlah kepemilikan kendaraan, maka akan bertambah bangkitan dan tarikan. Sektor permukiman di Kecamatan Ulee Kareng hanya pemilihan moda berpengaruh secara signifikan secara positif terhadap bangkitan. Artinya, setiap kenaikan pemilihan moda, maka akan bertambah bangkitan. Saran untuk pemerintah sesuai penelitian ini bisa menjadi acuan untuk peningkatan kapasitas jalan dan tata guna lahan untuk menghindari kemacetan. Kata Kunci: Model bangkitan, tarikan, location quotient (LQ), regresi linier berganda  Abstract This research analysis of trip generation which consist of trip generation based on location quotient in Banda Aceh City as well as knowing the variables that affect of the trip generation of the movement. The research data is secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics and primary data through questionnaires with random sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula and analysis technique with multiple linear regression. The regression results of the trip generation models conducted in 3 districts whose LQ value is greater than 1, namely Kuta Alam, Syiah Kuala and Ulee Kareng Districts. The results of the analysis of the generated model of the office and economy sector in Kuta Alam District, which affects the trip generation significantly is the number of vehicle ownership and the choice of mode which have a negative effect. Each increase in the number of vehicles and choice of mode will reduce trip generation. In the education sector in Syiah Kuala District, only the number of vehicle ownership has a positive effect on generation. This means that every increase in the number of vehicle ownership, there will be an increase in trip generation. The residential sector in Ulee Kareng District, only the choice of mode has a positive significant effect on trip generation. That is, every increase in the choice of mode, there will be an increase in trip generation. Suggestions for the government according to this research can be a reference for increasing road capacity and land use to avoid congestion. Key Words: Trip generation, location quotient (LQ) and regression linear multiple

Abstract

Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh bauran pemasaran, kepuasan pelanggan dan keputusan pembelian terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Pasar UMKM Tradisional Desa Pantai Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala model likert yang ukur variabel Y dan Z (Keputusan Pembelian Pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan), variabel X (bauran pemasaran dan kepuasan pelanggan). Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 140 responden, dimana responden tersebut adalah orang yang berbelanja di Pasar Tradisional Desa Pantai Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Berdasarkan penelitian ini pertunjukan bahwa bauran pemasaran dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, bauran pemasaran, kepuasan pelanggan, dan keputusan pembelian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, secara umum, semua hipotesis di dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh servicescape terhadap revisit intention dengan variabel kepercayaan pada layanan dan kredibilitas pada layanan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada seluruh masyarakat yang ada di Kota Pekanbaru yang pernah melakukan atau menggunakan jasa penyedia layanan kesehatan seperti rumah sakit, klinik ataupun puskesmas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan program WarpPLS 5 untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa servicescape berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan layanan pada pusat layanan kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru, servicescape berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kredibilitas layanan di pusat layanan kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru, kepercayaan layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention pada pelayanan di pusat layanan kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru, kredibilitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention pada pelayanan di pusat layanan kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru, Servicescape tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention pada pusat layanan kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru, dan servicescape melalui mediasi kepercayaan pada layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Variabel servicescape melalui mediasi kredibilitas pada layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention.
