Abstract

Women are the key to the quality of a nation. Women's education is a very basic need so that women could give birth to a critical attitude towards things that happen in the development of each generation. Generation Alpha is the birth of a baby who already understands technological developments and is presented with various conveniences. The purpose of this research is so that as a woman, she knows how important education is and what the limitations are in networking with technological developments. This research uses the Tahlili exegesis method, namely by examining the verses of the Al-Quran from various points of view and carrying out analysis based on the opinions of various figures to explain the main points of discussion, so that it is easy to achieve what is desired. The data collection method is by explaining the meaning of each word in the Al-Qur'an, explaining each verse with other verses explained in the al-Azhar tafsir, analyzing the interpreter's explanation of the tafsir verse from the laws of fiqh that can be applied in everyday life. Tafsir Al-Azhar provides many explanations regarding the verses of the Koran that include women, how the Koran places women as something special. Apart from that, the expression that women are the first madrasah for the family, is a characteristic of how women have become quite important for the nation's generations. This is a focus for educators, how we protect our nature as women

Abstract

The study aims to test whether there is a relationship between inquiry-based learning and Arabic learning in students of special Arabic language development programmes at the UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Language Centre Unit. The research uses a quantitative approach using simple random sampling techniques. The sample taken was 50 students. This study uses one independent variable, namely inquiry-based learning (X) and one dependent variable; namely Arabic language learning. (Y). The data analysis technique used in this study is simple regression analysis. The result of this study is a known significance value (Sign.) of 0.170 which means less than 0.05 Furthermore, the determination coefficient is obtained with a value of 0.039 or 3.9%, so it can be concluded that the variable x (inquiry-based learning) has a weak relationship to the effect value of 3.9% on the Y variable. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Bu Nyai's leadership strategy management in instilling the characteristics of students in several Islamic boarding schools in Banyumas Regency. The main focus of this study is to explore the central role of Bu Nyai as a spiritual leader, educator, and manager of Islamic boarding schools, as well as the strategies used in shaping the character of students through an exemplary approach, habituation, and internalization of Islamic values. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Bu Nyai has a significant role in shaping the character of students, especially through a value-based leadership strategy, intensive personal communication, and the integration of moral values ​​in the daily activities of students. The main values ​​instilled include honesty, responsibility, independence, and discipline. The conclusion of this study confirms that the success of instilling the character of students is largely determined by the strength of Bu Nyai's leadership which prioritizes a spiritual, humanist, and participatory approach.
