Abstract

UMKM sebagai penyumbang Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) nasional memiliki peran penting dalam pemulihan ekonomi Pasca Pandemi Covid-19. Perkembangan dan juga peningkatan kemampuan UMKM agar dapat bersaing di pasaran perlu difasilitasi dan dibantu. PT Nirwana Unggul Restu tercatat sebagai UMKM yang baru didirikan dan masih belum memiliki media promosi yang memadai. Oleh karena kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini berfokus pada implementasi pengembangan media pemasaran dan digitalisasi pemasaran di PT Nirwana Unggul Restu. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama kurang lebih 4 bulan dari mulai bulan Agustus hingga November 2023 dengan jumlah anggota pelaksana tiga orang dosen dengan bidang program studi yang berbeda. Adapun beberapa teknologi yang dihasilkan melalui media digital, yaitu diantaranya logo usaha, label produk, mockup packaging produk, dan media promosi melalui Instagram bisnis.

Abstract

The development of industry 4.0 is still difficult for a country to produce all goods according to the required needs. Big data analytics technology has the potential to revolutionize how logistics companies, including freight forwarders, can facilitate real-time monitoring in the supply chain by increasing flexibility. Management information systems produce a number of data from different sources and in different formats according to business needs. The development of big data analytics uses a dynamic system development method or model (DSDM), which is a dynamic system development model that uses a rapid application development (RAD) approach. Software development with an emphasis on collaboration, customer engagement, and continuous delivery of working software. This model is very suitable for the development of big data analytics technology that can provide solutions that often involve complex and rapidly changing requirements with large amounts of data and the business need to provide feedback from stakeholders in real-time. It is hoped that the final results of this research will provide insight into sea freight operations that are more informative and efficient for the logistics industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

Proses pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan tepat merupakan kebutuhan utama dalam lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis. Namun, banyak perusahaan freight forwarder menghadapi permasalahan dalam efisiensi pengambilan keputusan karena ketidaksempurnaan proses pengolahan data di dalam data warehouse. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses Data Warehouse (DWH) guna meningkatkan produktivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan di perusahaan freight forwarder di Indonesia. Dalam konteks lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis, kebutuhan akan informasi yang tepat waktu dan akurat sangat penting untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. DWH telah menjadi solusi populer untuk mengintegrasikan dan menganalisis data dari berbagai sumber guna mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan. Business Process Optimization (BPO) diterapkan untuk menganalisis dan merancang ulang proses bisnis yang terkait dengan pengolahan data, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengolahan data dalam DWH. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan model optimasi yang dirancang untuk memaksimalkan efisiensi proses ETL dan meningkatkan kinerja sistem Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) serta Online Transaction Processing (OLTP). Metode-metode ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan kecepatan pengambilan keputusan, serta efisiensi operasional perusahaan freight forwarder. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan produktivitas dan daya saing bagi perusahaan di industri logistik.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the concept of Value Stream Mapping and its significance in process improvement. It highlights the key steps involved in creating a VSM and emphasizes its role in identifying and addressing various types of waste, such as waiting time, unnecessary movement, and rework. By mapping the current state of a process, organizations gain insights into its inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Furthermore, the importance of developing a future state Value Stream Map that outlines the desired state of the process after implementing improvements. It emphasizes the need for continuous monitoring and evaluation to ensure sustained progress and ongoing optimization. Overall, Value Stream Mapping offers organizations a systematic approach to analyze, optimize, and enhance their processes. By visualizing the value flow and identifying opportunities for improvement, businesses can achieve higher levels of efficiency, reduced costs, improved quality, and ultimately deliver greater value to their customers. The calculation and analysis explained that the total processing time was 105.8 minutes and the total lead time was 47 minutes resulting in a non-value added (NVA) of 34 minutes. If the converted into a process percentage form, it is 32% of the total time spent on operational air freight.
