Abstract

Tujuan: Wisata outbond Lor Sambi merupakan salah satu kawasan yang menarik yang berada di Kaliurang Yogyakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang tepat yang dapat diaplikasikan untuk pengembangan wisata outbound di Lor Sambi.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan pedekatan deskriptif kualitatif, Adapun data diperoleh melalui observasi ke lapangan, wawancara mendalam kepada narasumber, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan SWOT analisis untuk mengetahui strategi yang tepat yang dapat diaplikasikan di Kawasan wisata outbond Lor Sambi.Implikasi: Kelebihan yang dimiliki oleh desa Lor Sambi berupa keanekaragaman aktivitas, lokasi yang mudah dijangkau, pemandangan alam yang indah, serta keterlibatan masyarakat lokal, selain itu terdapat pula tantangan yang dimiliki oleh desa Lor Sambi yaitu  dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan serta persaingan dengan destinasi serupa yang berada disekitarnya. Langkah yang kedua adalah perlu adanya penambahan variasi aktivitas yang menarik sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan. Langkah ketiga adalah peningkatan kualitas pelayanan serta memberikan pelatihan untuk staff dan pemandu wisata, hal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan  pengalaman yang memuaskan bagi pengunjung. Keempat, demi menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan diperlukan keterlibatan dari komunitas lokal. Dengan adanya pengaplikasian dari strategi pengembangan yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan, membuat desa wisata outbond Lor Sambi mempunyai potensi untuk menjadi tempat tujuan wisatawan yang sukses di Kawasan Kaliurang Yogyakarta. Keterlibatan masyarakat, pengelolaan lingkungan,  peningkatan pelayanan, menambahkan aktivitas yang menarik serta meningkatkan pemasaran menjadi langkah penting dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut.

Abstract

Sudiroprajan Chinatown has tourist attractions that can support cultural tourism attractions in Surakarta City. With multi-ethnic acculturation in terms of annual celebrations to the special foods available in Sudiroprajan Chinatown Village. However, due to the pandemic the Sudiroprajan Pokdarwis was no longer active and resulted in the paralysis of the tourist attraction icon in Sudiroprajan Chinatown Village. The purpose of this study is to find out what attractions exist in Sudiroprajan Chinatown Village and then to analyze the inhibiting factors for the development of tourist attractions and come up with some suggestions so that they can attract tourists to visit. To get the data in this research is to do direct observation, documentation, and direct interview with the Head of Pokdarwis Sudiroprajan and look for literature studies related to the research problem. The results obtained are many tourist attractions in the form of the Kali Pepe and Grebeg Sudiro river crossings. See the Lion Dance and various culinary delights. The obstacles found were regarding inconsistent management due to the large number of youth volunteers who have their own busy lives and finally the Covid-19 virus. Further research is suggested to expand the attraction of cultural tourism around the Surakarta City area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan destinasi wisata berkelanjutan di Cakra Tulung (Umbul Cokro). Cakra Tulung memiliki peluang besar untuk dikembangkan menjadi destinasi wisata yang ramah lingkungan dan memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat lokal serta pemanfaatan sumber daya alam secara bijak dapat meningkatkan daya tarik wisata, sambil menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pemerintah daerah dan pengelola wisata, untuk memperkuat kolaborasi dalam menciptakan kebijakan yang mendukung keberlanjutan pariwisata, terutama dalam pengelolaan atraksi budaya dan lingkungan di Cakra Tulung.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has led to changes in marketing strategies, especially in transportation and tourism. Social media, particularly the Instagram platform, has become an effective tool for conveying marketing messages visually and interactively to consumers through uploaded content. This study aims to investigate how Rosalia Indah utilizes the Instagram platform as a digital marketing medium and to identify the factors driving Rosalia Indah's use of the Instagram social media platform. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews with Rosalia Indah staff, direct field observations, documentation, and literature review. Data validity was tested using triangulation techniques. The main informants or respondents were Rosalia Indah Kleco marketing staff, including supervisors and managers of the tour and travel division. Based on the results obtained, Instagram is actively used by Rosalia Indah to offer or promote tour packages, transportation tickets, and others. The content uploaded is tailored to the target audience based on age, gender, location, and seasonal trends. The driving factors for using Instagram include ease of access, effectiveness in reaching the audience through interactive features such as Instagram Ads or Meta Ads and Insights, as well as relatively low costs compared to traditional methods like newspapers or billboards. Abstract

This study discusses the evaluation of strategies for determining leading tourist destinations in Samarinda City as an important step in improving regional tourism competitiveness. The determination of leading tourist destinations is seen as a strategic policy that not only aims to strengthen the city's tourism identity but also encourages local economic growth through increased tourist visits, infrastructure development, and the empowerment of communities around the destinations. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and document studies obtained from government agencies and destination managers. Analysis is conducted inductively, emphasising the involvement of the Pentahelix elements—government, academia, business actors, communities, and media—in the entire designation process. The research findings indicate that the City Government of Samarinda designates priority destinations through a competitive selection process with systematic stages. The research findings also highlight several challenges faced, including limited operational and promotional budgets, suboptimal time management in implementing strategies, and the need to enhance the human resource capacity of destination managers.
