Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to obtain a combination of NPK M and soil doses of manure that is appropriate to the growth and yield of tomato soil. Then to find out the right dose of NPK M on the growth and yield of tomato soil. And the next result is to find out the combination of soil: the right manure to the growth and yield of tomato soil. This research was conducted on February 1, 2023 to June 1, 2023 at Pak Utan Village, Toho District, Mempawah Regency, Batar Kalimantan. this research method is a factorial design used in a Completely Randomized Design consisting of two factors and further analysis compared with the analysis of variance (analysis of variance) at 5% each. To determine the difference between the measurements carried out DMRT Test (Duncan multiple Range Test) at a real rate of 5 %. 7 grams of NPK M gives the best results on parameters in tomato plants, namely fresh root weight, dry root weight, and number of fruits. This is because the measured nutritional needs of plants so that the growth process of vegetative and generative plants can be seen clearly and can provide an increase in yields that are quite optimal. The parameters given can be utilized by farmers, namely the dosage of each fertilizer applied in accordance with the development of soil development.

Abstract

Keberhasilan dalam produksi padi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh proses budidaya, tetapi juga oleh penanganan pascapanen yang optimal. Pascapanen merupakan tahapan penting dalam sistem produksi padi yang mencakup kegiatan panen, perontokan, pengeringan, penyimpanan, dan penggilingan. Penanganan yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan kehilangan hasil yang signifikan serta menurunkan kualitas beras yang dihasilkan. Salah satu permasalahan utama dalam pascapanen padi adalah tingginya tingkat kehilangan hasil akibat teknik pemanenan yang kurang tepat, penggunaan alat yang tidak sesuai, serta metode penyimpanan yang kurang baik.Tujuan kegiatan PkM ini yaitu memberikan edukasi kepada petani mengenai pentingnya penanganan pascapanen yang baik untuk mengurangi kehilangan hasil dan mengajarkan metode panen, pengeringan, dan penyimpanan yang benar guna mengurangi kehilangan hasil yang disebabkan oleh teknik yang kurang tepat, hama, atau faktor lingkungan.Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan penanganan pacsa panen pada Kelompok Tani Harapan Bahagia 1 dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan sistematis yang melibatkan pendampingan, pelatihan, dan praktik langsung. Metode ini diharapkan mampu memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam serta keterampilan yang aplikatif bagi anggota Poktan. Pelatihan penerapan pasca panen telah berhasil memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan pascapanen padi pada kelompok tani di Kecamatan Sekadau Hulu. Dengan dukungan yang berkelanjutan, strategi yang telah diterapkan dapat semakin meningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas, dan kesejahteraan petani di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Green mustard (Brassica chinensis var. parachinensis) is a horticultural vegetable plant whose leaves and young stems can be utilized. Mustard production still experiences winter, one of which is caused by low soil fertility. Efforts to increase soil fertility and mustard production can be done with organic fertilization. This study aims to determine the effect of chicken manure fertilizer on the growth of green mustard plants on alluvial soil. This study was conducted from February 21 to April 4, 2025 on Jalan Sintang, Gang Damai. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with one factor, namely S = Chicken Manure Fertilizer. The sample treatments are as follows S1: 20 g, S2: 60 g, S3: 100 g, S4: 140 g, S5: 180 g, the treatment was repeated 4 times and each treatment contained 4 plants so that the total sample was 80 plant samples measured. variables included: plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, fresh weight, plant weight without roots and root volume. The results showed that the provision of chicken manure fertilizer had a significant effect on all observation variables. The provision of Chicken Manure Fertilizer with a dose of 140 g / plant was better than other treatments, for the growth and yield of green mustard plants.
