Pendidikan menjadi sarana strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas suatu bangsa. Oleh karenanya kemajuan suatu bangsa dapat diukur dari kemajuan pendidikannya, dan pernyataan itu sangat diyakini oleh bangsa ini. Pendidikan Kesetaraan dalam pendidikan nonformal yang mencakup program Paket A, Paket B, dan Paket C dengan menekankan pada penguasaan pengetahuan, keterampilan fungsional serta pengembangan sikap dan kepribadian profesional peserta didik. Tulisan ini akan memuat bagaimana pemecahan permasalahan pendidikan Nonformal dalam kebijakan pendidikan nasional, meliputi: Pentingnya Pendidikan Nonformal, Pemecahan Pendidikan Nonformal dalam Kebijakan Pendidikan Nasional yang termasuk didalamnya Membangun Citra Lembaga Penyelenggara Pendidikan Nonformal, Meningkatkan Kualitas dan Kuantitas Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Pendidikan Nonformal dan Meningkatkan Reputasi Akademik.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the Implementation of the Education Report Card in the Preparation of School Account Documents, the conclusion of this paper is that the Education Report Card is one of the programs of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture in the 9th episode which is said to be an improvement on the Education Quality Report Card. Of the many types and sources of data needed in the implementation of this activity, it is certainly possible that there will be obstacles in the final assessment process in the Education Report Card which then disrupts the implementation of the preparation of the RKAS which is very dependent on the results of the Education Report Card. Therefore, before actually implementing and maximizing the use of the Education Report Card, it is necessary for the government to maximize the previous education data collection program or system that has been running so as not to interfere with the implementation of the next program. The government must focus more on providing professional resources for each educational institution that plays a role in data management, to providing adequate facilities for the implementation of each data collection program.

This study aims to analyze the optimization of social media as an innovation in PAI learning and identify the opportunities and challenges that accompany it. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the type of literature study, by analyzing various academic literature, previous research results, and relevant educational policies. The results of the study show that the use of social media in PAI learning is able to increase interest in learning, expand access to Islamic learning resources, and encourage interaction and active participation of students. However, social media optimization also faces serious challenges, such as the potential spread of unverified religious content, low digital literacy, and the risk of degradation of ethical and spiritual values. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of the role of educators in directing the wise and educational use of social media, as well as the need to strengthen digital literacy and media ethics based on Islamic values.
