Abstract

Latar Belakang: Diabetes melitus adalah penyakit metabolik kronis yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar glukosa darah (atau gula darah), yang seiring waktu menyebabkan kerusakan serius pada jantung, pembuluh darah, mata, ginjal, dan saraf. IDF memperkirakan pada tahun 2035 jumlah insiden diabetes akan mengalami peningkatan menjadi 55% (592 juta) dan Indonesia merupakan negara urutan ke-7 dengan angka kejadian tertinggi sejumlah 8,5 juta penderita. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya mengenalkan lima pilar penatalaksanaan diabetes agar meningkatkan kualitas hidup menjadi lebih baik. Tujuan: Mengetahui gambaran fenomenologi penatalaksanaan lima pilar diabetes melitus oleh diabetisi. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi deskriptif. Terdapat 5 partisipan yang diwawancarai di rumah partisipan. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah metode colaizzi. Hasil: Setelah proses analisa ditemukan beberapa tema dalam pelaksanaan 5 pilar pentalaksanaan DM yaitu edukasi, aktivitas fisik, pola makan, kontrol gula darah secara mandiri, konsumsi OAD. Kesimpulan: Pelaksanaan 5 pilar penatalaksaan diabetes melitus pada penderita diabetes sudah baik. Namun perlu ditingkatkan lagi dalam menjaga pola makan dan konsumsi OAD.

Abstract

Menurut Komisi Nasional Keselamatan Pasien Rumah Sakit(KNKPRS) tahun 2019 jumlah kejadian nyaris cidera (KNC) sebanyak 2534, kejadian tidak cidera (KTC) sebanyak 2554, dan kejadian tidak diharapkan (KTD) sebanyak 2567 kasus. Sedangkan yang menyebabkan kematian sebanyak 243, cidera berat 89, cidera sedang 449, cidera ringan 1247 dan tidak cidera sebanyak 5630. Tujuan untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan Pencegahan resiko jatuh di ruang penyakit dalam RSUD Pringsewu. Penulisan karya Ilmiah ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui proses wawancara, observasi dan pengkajian di ruang Penyakit Dalam Rsud Pringsewu Pada tanggal 11 Mei 2024. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan ada peningkatan pengetahuan dari 51% Menjadi 82%. Diharapkan Kepada perawat untuk melakukan pengkajian resiko jatuh dan pelaksanaan resiko jatuh untuk melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan agar mutu pelayanan menjadi maksimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of mathematics learning anxiety on the mathematical problem-solving abilities of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 4 Karangbener. The population of the study consisted of all fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 4 Karangbener (14 students), with the sample selected through purposive sampling from the same population. The background of this study lies in the importance of problem-solving ability as a component of higher-order thinking skills and the significant role that anxiety can play as an affective factor potentially impeding the development of such abilities. This research employed a quantitative correlational approach using an ex post facto design. The instruments included a mathematics learning anxiety questionnaire and an essay test assessing problem-solving. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the aid of SPSS software. The results show that there is no significant effect of mathematics learning anxiety on students’ mathematical problem-solving ability (significance value = 0.966 > 0.05). These findings suggest that although students may experience anxiety during mathematics learning, it does not necessarily have a negative impact on their ability to solve problems. The study recommends that teachers continue to attend to affective aspects in learning and create a comfortable learning environment to optimally support students’ academic achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning achievement by using the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by audio-visual media. This study is a classroom action research with four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were elementary school students. Data were collected using observation and test techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results of the study indicate that the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by audio-visual can improve student learning achievement. Therefore, this audio-visual media-assisted cooperative model can be used as an alternative in overcoming the low learning achievement of elementary school students.
