Abstract

Through current approaches in the social, economic and political spheres, recent research suggests Islamic religious education can provide a strong foundation for women in developing their potential and achieving gender equality. This research aims to explore the important role of Islamic religious education in empowering women socially, economically and politically and to provide a deeper understanding of its contribution to enhancing women's participation in public life. This research is a qualitative type of literature study by making library materials as the main data source, using the main reference to the phenomenon of the prophetic era and then correlating it with the related verses and stories listed in the Qur'an. The results showed that Islamic Religious Education has an important role in improving the quality of individuals. In addition, Islamic religious education does not provide rejection of the role of women in any aspect. Therefore, the Qur'an also explicitly says about equality between men and women.

Abstract

AbstractThis research discusses the role of Ma'had Al-Jami'ah Walisongo in optimizing Islamic values for new students at Walisongo State Islamic University Semarang. Where UIN Walisongo Semarang is a religious-based university while there are students who have not come from graduates under the auspices of religious institutions. The purpose of this study is to describe the role and also the output that will be obtained by new students of UIN Walisongo Semarang which the impact will be a support during the study period and after becoming a graduate of UIN Walisongo Semarang later. This type of research uses the data analysis method, namely by presenting the research data. The research is qualitative with a literature approach which means, the results of research data from the literature review are collected and then presented in the form of descriptions that aim to detail the data. The results of the research show that Ma'had Al-Jami'ah Walisongo has a very strategic role to support students during their studies and when they become graduates of UIN Walisongo Semarang later.Keywords: The Role of Ma'had, Islamic Values, New Students, Student Islamic Boarding SchoolsAbstrakPenelitian ini membahas peran Ma'had Al-Jami'ah Walisongo dalam mengoptimalkan nilai-nilai keislaman bagi mahasiswa baru di Universitas Islam Negeri Walisongo Semarang. Dimana UIN Walisongo Semarang merupakan Universitas berbasis keagamaan sedangkan mahasiswana ada yang memiliki notabene tidak berasal dari lulusan dibawah naungan instansi keagaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran dan juga output yang akan didapatkan mahasiawa baru UIN Walisongo Semarang yang mana dampaknya akan menjadi penujang selama masa studi maupun setelah menjadi ulusan dari UIN Walisongo Semarang nantinya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu dengan cara menyajikan data hasil penelitian. Penelitian tersebut secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan pustaka yang berarti, hasil data penelitian dari kajian literatur dikumpulkan kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk deskripsi yang bertujuan untuk memperinci data. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ma’had Al-Jami’ah Walisongo memili peran yang sangat strategis untuk menunjang para mahasiswa selama masa studi maupun ketika menjadi lulusan dari UIN Walisongo Semarang nantiKata kunci : Peran Ma’had, Nilai-nilai keislaman, Mahasiswa baru, Pesantren Mahasiswa

Abstract

The phenomenon of low literacy in Indonesian society in the current digital era raises various assumptions regarding the causal factors and solutions. Various literature states that this stems from literacy habits from an early age. Related to this problem, there is one innovation in language learning for early childhood. The innovation is expressed in the form of a program to develop basic literacy skills in early childhood through digital illustrated stories. This research aims to find out in depth about the program. Thus, the appropriate method to use in this research is a case study. The subjects in this study were teachers and 25 students from Group B of Marsudi Rini Kindergarten, Karanganyar District, Demak Regency. Research data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that: (1) the basic literacy development program at Marsudi Rini Kindergarten is carried out with systematic stages with support from inside and outside the school, (2) the basic literacy development program at Marsudi Rini Kindergarten is implemented in an integrated manner with language learning, both receptive and expressive; (3) digital illustrated stories media used in the program is adjusted to the criteria for early childhood development, both in terms of presentation form, content, and language.

Abstract

This study explores the educational requirements of fifth-grade elementary school students in order to develop efficient e-modules for Indonesian language instruction. Employing a descriptive qualitative methodology, the study uncovers students' inclinations towards engaging, multimedia-enhanced materials while also addressing difficulties like grasping intricate sentence structures and situating language within context. Insights from educators highlight shortcomings in existing teaching resources and emphasize the necessity for ongoing professional growth in the incorporation of technology within the educational framework. The results highlight the necessity of synchronizing e-module design with modern educational theories, promoting teamwork among educators, curriculum developers, and policymakers. This study offers practical recommendations aimed at enhancing student engagement, improving learning outcomes, and promoting independent learning within the context of Indonesian language education.

Abstract

This study identifies and analyzes the obstacles faced by elementary classroom teachers in teaching Bahasa Indonesia vocabulary. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive research design, data was gathered through semi-structured interviews and classroom observations of two experienced teachers. Thematic analysis of the collected data revealed a range of interconnected challenges. Key findings indicate that teachers struggle with insufficient pedagogical training for vocabulary instruction, limited access to engaging teaching resources, and significant time constraints within the curriculum. Furthermore, obstacles related to student motivation and the wide variation in students' prior knowledge were found to impede effective learning. The report concludes that current vocabulary instruction is often insufficient, contributing to a persistent "vocabulary gap" among students. The findings provide crucial insights for educators and policymakers, emphasizing the need for targeted professional development, improved resource allocation, and a curriculum that better supports foundational language skills.

Abstract

Keterampilan berbahasa penting untuk dimiliki oleh peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, membangun suasana belajar yang atraktif dapat dilakukan agar peserta didik lebih termotivasi dan bersemangat dalam belajar. Salah satu cara untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, yakni dengan mengalihkan ruang belajar ke lokasi yang berpotensi menjadi sarana belajar dengan konsep eduwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis potensi Taman Pandan Arum Boyolali sebagai kawasan eduwisata yang dapat dijadikan alternatif pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SD sekaligus memberikan deskripsi rancangan pola pembelajaran sederhana yang relevan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompleks Taman Pandan Arum Boyolali berpotensi untuk menjadi ruang edukasi terbuka pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia karena didukung oleh elemen-elemen yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana belajar bahasa seperti tersedianya rumah arca, aneka unggas, kandang rusa, kolam ikan, mural, dan play groud sebagai alternatif pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dengan rancangan kegiatan yang variatif. Pola pembelajaran dapat dilakukan secara terpadu dengan dua kategori yaitu tugas sederhana untuk meningkatkan perbendaharaan kosakata dan tugas yang lebih kompleks dengan menulis cerita aktivitas di Taman Pandan Arum. Desain pembelajaran berkonsep eduwisata ini dapat mengaktifkan kembali aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik peserta didik karena dapat belajar, bermain, dan bersosialisasi dalam satu waktu yang sama.
