Abstract

This research investigates the influence of perceived quality, perceived value, brand preference, and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty for Bromen products. The research method involves multiple regression analysis using multiple linear regression measuring instruments. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that all research variables are reliable and valid. Regression analysis reveals that perceived value and brand preference significantly influence consumer loyalty, with contributions of 18.8% and 25.3%. Even though perceived quality and consumer satisfaction make a positive contribution, both are not statistically significant. The coefficient of determination of 18.8% shows that variations in consumer loyalty can be explained by these four factors. The implications of this research underline the importance of companies increasing brand preference through intensive marketing strategies and adding added value to products to strengthen perceived value, while still paying attention to perceived quality and consumer satisfaction to strengthen consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on team performance in construction projects. In the construction industry, leadership effectiveness is a key factor influencing project success. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey design, involving 150 respondents consisting of 30 project managers and 120 team members from various construction projects in Indonesia. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured four dimensions of transformational leadership: ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration, as well as team performance based on timely task completion, quality of work results, and cost efficiency. The regression test results show that transformational leadership has a significant positive influence on team performance. The motivational dimensions of inspiration and ideal influence showed the highest correlation with team performance, with beta coefficients of 0.45 and 0.42, respectively (p < 0.05). The dimensions of intellectual stimulation and individual consideration also showed a positive influence with beta coefficients of 0.32 and 0.30 respectively (p < 0.05). Job satisfaction was found to be a significant intervening variable, where transformational leadership increased job satisfaction which then increased team performance. This research highlights the importance of implementing a transformational leadership style in construction projects to improve team performance. Recommendations include improving leadership competencies through training, increasing motivation and job satisfaction, encouraging innovation and creativity, and ensuring effective communication and building trust. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that team performance in construction projects can improve, so that projects can be completed more efficiently and effectively. The results of this research provide practical insights for project leaders and managers in the construction industry to adopt transformational leadership to achieve optimal work results.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between work experience, compensation, and employee performance in growing companies. Using a quantitative approach and survey design, the research involved 100 technology, retail, and manufacturing employees. Data was collected through a questionnaire covering work experience, compensation, and employee performance. Descriptive analysis results show that most respondents have work experience relevant to their current job and are satisfied with the compensation received. However, there is variation in productivity and work quality. This study tests the simultaneous influence of work experience and compensation on employee performance through multiple linear regression analysis. The regression results indicate that work experience has a more significant impact on employee performance than compensation. Additionally, normality and multicollinearity tests confirm that the data meets the necessary assumptions for regression analysis. The findings clearly show the factors influencing employee performance in growing companies. Company management may consider enhancing compensation and offering more experience-based training to support improved employee performance.

Abstract

This research examines the effectiveness of a cloud computing-based Human Resource Information System on the efficiency of HRM in MNCs. Cloud computing helps streamline, flex and integrate HR data management and mitigates the dependency on local infrastructure, which is expensive and time-consuming. This application also improve access on real-time data improving synchronization among distributed teams. Adopting a quantitative method and causal descriptive research design, this research incorporated 150 participants, representing 10 multinationals ICTs firms that have embraced the use of cloud-based HRIS. The data was obtained by the means of questionnaires and analysed with the help of descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings suggest that the adoption of cloud-based HRIS has a positive impact on HRM efficiency in terms of cost efficiency, cycle time reduction, data accuracy and user satisfaction. This indicates that this system provides stronger support of HR management capabilities, especially in the case of MTCS operating in more than one country.
