Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product and service quality on consumer satisfaction in purchasing necessities in the market and to determine the correlation, multiple linear regression between product quality, service quality, and consumer satisfaction in fundamental food traders. This type of research is quantitative research using correlation analysis and multiple linear regression. The subjects of this study are visitors and grocery sellers, totaling 97 respondents, and the sample of this study is the mothers of market visitors. Data collection uses questionnaires to determine the influence of consumer satisfaction on product and service quality. Instruments or questionnaires, before being distributed, are first consulted with expert judges and tested for validity and reliability. The results in this study are that in the normality test, the test results are obtained. Namely, there are only three variables that are usually distributed. The next step is to conduct a linearity test and obtain linear data results. Because in one of the tests, the assumption that one of the variables is not normally distributed, a correlation test is carried out, with which H0 is rejected, with the results of this study, namely, the quality of products and services correlating with consumer satisfaction

Abstract

When it comes to raising the bar for student learning, the two most important variables are influential communication management and the tactics used by school leaders. A qualitative descriptive technique is used in this study. Data is gathered via interviews, documentary studies, and observation. First, the principal kept everyone in the loop regarding quality improvement management strategies and plans. Second, the principal ensured that teachers had plenty of chances to participate in quality planning, work with committees to create school budgets, become more competent educators, follow the curriculum, and get help and advice when needed. Third, the principal's approach to quality improvement guided the school's learning and teaching through group and individual strategies. Lastly, the principal directed and controlled the school by setting quality policies, objectives, plans, and procedures and ensuring their ongoing success. Stakeholder satisfaction and ever-improving educational quality are the end goals of quality management, which seeks to guarantee process and product conformance.

Abstract

In the context of the current era of globalization, leadership and communication styles have a central role in influencing motivation in the organizational environment. Increasingly complex and uncertain challenges emphasize the need for leaders to have adaptability to manage change. The right leadership style, accompanied by effective communication, can have a positive impact on individual motivation within the organization. This study aims to explore the effect of leadership style and communication on work motivation at PT Dipo International Pahala Automotive Medan Amplas. The approach in this study is descriptive quantitative, primary data sources obtained through questionnaires. And the population in this study amounted to 168 respondents, with a sample size of 118 respondents. The calculation results show that, leadership style partially affects employee work motivation, obtained t count (4,473) > t table (1,658) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style on employee work motivation. While the communication variable obtained t count (9.011) > t table (1.658) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between communication on employee work motivation. Simultaneously leadership style and communication have an effect on work motivation, obtained f count 87.645> f table 3.08 and sig 0.000, then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that leadership style and communication simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation.
