Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of advertisements, free shipping promos, and flash sales on purchasing decisions at Blibli in Kebumen. The population in this study were Blibli users who had made at least one purchase transaction or prospective buyers who knew Blibli. The sample size was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques were conducted using questionnaires. The data analysis used included instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient tests. Data processing was carried out using SPSS version 25.0. The results showed that: (1) Advertising has no partial and significant effect on purchasing decisions on Blibli in Kebumen. (2) Free shipping promos have a partial and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Blibli in Kebumen. (3) Flash sales have a partial and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Blibli in Kebumen. (4) Advertising, free shipping promos, and flash sales have a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Blibli in Kebumen.

Abstract

This research investigates factors influencing compliance of the internal control. Those factors are reward, work stress and workplace. The reward and work stress are the independent variables while workplace is considered as mediating variable. Employees will perceive comfortable workplace when they see the company appreciates them and their work. Eventually, they will signal their compliance for internal control. On the other hand, when employees experience such work stress, then they will feel uneasy with their work environment, and then they will tend to decline the internal control. Research data are available from the questionnaires distributed to government officers reside at Yogyakarta. With the stepwise analysis we find that rewards positively influence the workplace and the employees compliance on the internal control. Work stress does not prove its influence on the work environment and compliance on the internal control. The workplace does not function as mediating variable.

Abstract

The digitalization of teaching and learning management (KBM) has become a crucial strategy for enhancing the effectiveness and flexibility of education, particularly in elementary schools. This study explores the implementation of KBM digitalization at SDN Sambiroto, Kecamatan Kunduran, Kabupaten Blora, focusing on strategies, challenges, and the impact of technology on learning quality. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research examines the use of various digital platforms, such as Google Classroom, Quizizz, Canva, and Powtoon, to support the learning process. The findings indicate that KBM digitalization has improved student engagement and the efficiency of lesson delivery, aligning with the study by Gunawan et al. (2024) on the benefits of Learning Management Systems (LMS) in elementary education. However, key challenges remain, including teacher readiness, digital access inequality among students, and technological infrastructure limitations, as highlighted in studies by Santoso & Widodo (2024) and UNESCO Digital Learning Week (2025).To overcome these obstacles, SDN Sambiroto has implemented several strategies, such as teacher digital literacy training, hybrid learning development, and collaborations with educational and technology institutions to enhance digital accessibility for students. This study underscores that successful KBM digitalization heavily depends on educational policy support, teacher preparedness, and adequate technological infrastructure.The findings provide recommendations for educational institutions seeking to develop more effective, inclusive, and sustainable digital learning systems, ultimately contributing to the improvement of elementary education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah meningkatkan risiko ancaman terhadap data personel militer, termasuk serangan cyber war, peretasan, dan penyalahgunaan data internal, yang berpotensi mengancam kedaulatan negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum terhadap data personel militer di lingkungan TNI Angkatan Darat, mengidentifikasi kelemahan kerangka hukum yang ada, serta merumuskan strategi penguatan perlindungan data di era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan spesifikasi deskriptif dan preskriptif melalui kajian peraturan perundang-undangan, literatur, dan dokumen hukum terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regulasi yang ada, seperti Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 dan Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016, belum sepenuhnya mengakomodasi kebutuhan khusus sektor militer yang memiliki tingkat kerahasiaan tinggi. Implikasinya, diperlukan pembentukan regulasi sektoral yang spesifik, penguatan kebijakan internal, modernisasi infrastruktur keamanan siber, dan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia TNI AD untuk memastikan perlindungan hak privasi prajurit dan menjaga ketahanan siber militer

Abstract

Administrative policies or legal provisions in hospital health services certainly regulate procedures for providing adequate and appropriate health services in accordance with hospital service standards, operational standards and professional standards. The problems raised in this research are 1). What is the legal protection for the medical profession in dealing with medical disputes, and 2). What are the hospital's responsibilities towards doctors in dealing with medical disputes? The type of research that will be used in this research is normative juridical which refers to legal norms contained in statutory regulations. The approach used is the Legal Approach and Conceptual Approach and the data obtained is secondary data consisting of primary legal material, secondary legal material and tertiary legal material. To analyze the data using qualitative analysis. The results of this research are legal protection for the medical profession in handling medical disputes with patients, namely doctors who have carried out their duties in accordance with professional standards, service standards and standard operational procedures are entitled to legal protection. and the hospital as the person responsible will take a series of steps. First, form an instrument whose task is to assist directors, for example the legal commission, to handle legal aspects related to matters relating to errors by health workers or several incidents of irregularities as emergencies
