Abstract

Chronic kidney disease is a disease where the body is not able to maintain metabolism and balance the fluid and electrolytes so which could increase the urea level in the blood. The number of patients with chronic kidney disease in Indonesiahas increased. The management of chronic kidney disease could be done in various ways, including diet, fluid restriction, drugs and renal replacement therapy. This study aims to determine the correlation of patient knowledge about chronic kidney disease with dietary compliance in the Hemodialysis room of RSUD Lawang. This study utilized a non-experimental method that is correlational analysis with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this research were patients with chronic kidney disease who routinely undergo hemodialysis at RSUD Lawang as many as 40 respondents. Data collection wa carried out on 25-30 July 2022 with interviews using a questionnaire and data analysis using the Spearman Rho statistical test. The results showed that almost all of them, namely as many as 34 respondents (85%) had good knowledged about chronic kidney disease and all respondents, namely 40 respondents (100%) were obedient to the chronic kidney disease diet. The test results obtained p-value = 0.000 (α<0.005), it can be concluded that there is a correlationship between patient knowledge about chronic kidney disease and dietary compliance in the Hemodialysis room of RSUD Lawang This research is expected to increase the knowledged and patient complaince in the Hemodialysis room of RSUD Lawang about the chronic kidney disease diet. For health workers, it is expected to further improve education so that patients become obedient to hemodialysis therapy and chronic kidney disease diet so that they can improve the patients quality of life.

Abstract

Urban transportation is a key aspect of community mobility in the city of Jakarta. Transjakarta, as one of the largest public transportation systems in Jakarta, plays an important role in meeting the public transportation needs of city residents. Halta Jelambar is one of the most strategic stopping points in the Transjakarta network, connecting various routes and reaching various levels of society. This research aims to analyze the quality of Transjakarta transportation services at the Jelambar bus stop by considering a number of user experiences, prioritizing factors such as waiting time, cleanliness, comfort and safety analyzed in the context of user experience. So it is hoped that this research can provide the best quality service for the local community. Transportasi perkotaan adalah aspek kunci dalam mobilitas masyarakat di kota Jakarta. Transjakarta, sebagai salah satu sistem transportasi umum terbesar di Jakarta, berperan penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan transportasi publik penduduk kota. Halte Jelambar adalah salah satu titik pemberhentian yang sangat strategis dalam jaringan Transjakarta, menghubungkan berbagai rute dan menjangkau berbagai lapisan masayrakat. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mutu pelayanan transportasi Transjakarta di halte jelambar dengan mempertimbangkan sejumla pengalaman pengguna, dengan mendepankan fakor-faktor seperti waktu tunggu, kebersihan, kenyamanan dan keamanan dianalisis dalam konteks pengalaman pengguna. Sehingga penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memeberikan mutu pelayanan yang terbaik bagi masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap industri pariwisata adalah penurunan jumlah wisatawan mancanegara yang datang ke Indonesia. Untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi industri perjalanan selama pandemi COVID-19, diperlukan strategi untuk bertahan dan bangkit kembali. Menyikapi perubahan yang terjadi, Traveloka berkesimpulan bahwa keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap layanan travel Traveloka dipengaruhi oleh harga, kualitas layanan, dan citra perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa STIE UniSadhuGuna yang menggunakan layanan Traveloka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, kualitas layanan, dan citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa travel di Traveloka.
