<![CDATA[Pada unit spinning 2 PT Dan Liris, penulis menemukan beberapa mesin yang produktivitasnya kurang maksimal sehingga tidak bisa mencapai counter atau target produksi yang sudah ditentukan. Dilihat dari monitoring harian pencapaian produktifitas atau counter mesin, mesin Pre Drawing Toyoda / tahun 1982 tipe DY-2C No. B2 termasuk salah satu mesin yang produktivitasnya rendah dan tidak mencapai target. Data kwalitas kapas dari pihak gudang kapas, pengujian honey dew untuk material yang dipakai dalam proses pembuatan benang Cd 40 menunjukkan angka 4.9 melebihi standar yang di tentukan yaitu 4.5. Sehingga, dari pernyataan diatas dicurigai penyebab paling memungkinkan terjadinya lapping yang mengakibatkan seringnya stop mesin dan rendahnya produktivitas mesin pada mesin Pre Drawing Toyoda / tahun 1982 tipe DY-2C No. B2 pada proses benang CD 40 karena tingginya angka honey dew. Sehingga harus dilakukan penanganan dengan cara penyemprotan kapas dengan trash miracle dan perawatan di bagian top roller yang sering mengalami lapping yaitu dengan pencucian toprol dengan sabun, kemudian pelumasan spiritus dan terakhir pemberian bedak tabur. Setelah dilakukan penanganan terjadi peningkatan pencapaian hasil produksi dari rata-rata sebelumnya 9218.7 yard menjadi 9490.4 yard setelah perbaikan.
