Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. PolicyThe government regarding Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) has an impact on various sectors in Indonesia, be it the economic, entertainment, religious and education sectors. The need for understanding the use of digital media in the community will determine the mindset of the community in dealing with this pandemic. Educational activities that were stopped during the pandemic have been transformed into online learning by utilizing digital media. Ease of accessing all information through several applications in gadgets in people's lives, but not all people take advantage of these opportunities positively. The purpose of this study was to determine people's behavior in using digital media during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a literature review method based on literature exploration from the results of previous studies. These literatures are in the form of books, survey results, online media, and national research articles. The results of the study revealed that there were major changes in people's behavior in several aspects. The changes come from their own initiative as well as an appeal or order from the competent authority. In addition, the pandemic period affects people's mental and psychological health. Media has always been a social institution, during this pandemic, learning can be carried out using various platforms, both in the form of a learning management system and in the form of video conferencing so that parents and teachers are required to have digital literacy skills. The conclusion of the study is that the use of digital media greatly influences people's behavior, besides the ability to use digital media is needed by the community as a digital literacy effort during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Social stratification is a system in the social order that divides individuals into social classes. Finally, the social class will differentiate both the level and the rights and obligations of each individual in the class. The basis and core of a social stratification system is that there is an imbalance in the acquisition of rights and obligations, as well as responsibilities, between each individual and group in a series of social systems. The purpose of this research is to examine how law is applied at every level of society in Indonesia. This article was written using a qualitative technique, and it is designed to provide theoretical and practical usefulness to the community. According to the discussion, a social stratification system is one in which there is a distinction between one class or groups in standardized classes. Furthermore, there is evidence that there is a disparity between class stratification and law enforcement in Indonesia. As a result, law enforcement should be carried out in line with the applicable laws that have been jointly agreed upon in order to avoid creating a new long-term problems.

Abstract

Peran teknologi dalam desain kontrak semakin signifikan di era digital saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana teknologi mempengaruhi proses desain kontrak, meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi risiko. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah peran teknologi dalam perancangan kontrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran teknologi dalam merancang kontrak dan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak dan potensi manfaat yang diperoleh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi studi literatur, analisis studi kasus, dan wawancara dengan praktisi industri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi, khususnya perangkat lunak manajemen kontrak dan sistem otomasi, telah meningkatkan kecepatan dan keakuratan desain kontrak, namun juga menghadapi tantangan terkait integrasi dan keamanan data. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa teknologi ini menawarkan peluang besar untuk inovasi dalam desain kontrak, namun memerlukan pendekatan yang hati-hati dalam penerapannya untuk memaksimalkan manfaatnya dan meminimalkan risiko.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara yang mempunyai wilayah perairan yang cukup luas, sehingga nelayan asing selalu lolos dari aktivitas illegal fishing. Pencurian ini terjadi karena kurangnya perhatian dari petugas pengawas air.Hingga saat ini pencurian ikan masih sering terjadi. Oleh karena itu, Indonesia harus mengalami kerugian yang sangat besar hingga Rp 30 triliun setiap tahunnya. Jika dilihat persentasenya mencapai 25% dengan total 11,6 juta ton setiap tahunnya. Permasalahan ini mengakibatkan banyak pihak yang dirugikan dengan adanya illegal fishing, sehingga sangat perlu ditegakkan undang-undang yang mengatur perbuatan tersebut. Hal inilah yang menjadi alasan penulis menulis jurnal dengan judul Penegakan Hukum Illegal Fishing. Dengan rumusan masalah. “Bagaimana aturan penegakan hukum illegal fishing di Indonesia?” dan “Bagaimana pengaturan hukum Illegal Fisting dalam hukum internasional?”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif yang telah diterapkan dengan baik di Indonesia saat ini, dan juga diterapkan secara internasional. Dalam penelitian ini penegakan hukum dilakukan dengan mengacu pada Pasal 45 UU Perikanan tahun 2009. Hal ini terlihat dari segala aspek mulai dari penyidikan, penuntutan, hingga persidangan. Hal ini juga dijelaskan dalam KUHAP yang diterbitkan pada tahun 1981 dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 8
