Abstract

Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) has a significant impact on the accommodation industry. In today's digital age and increasing reliance on the Internet, reviews and recommendations shared through online platforms play an important role in traveler perception and accommodation choice. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of electronic word of mouth on tourists' decision to stay at Richland Glamping Bali. The data source for this research is primary data that comes from the sample, namely tourists who stay at Richland Glamping Bali. Data using a saturated sample by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results show that electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on the decision of guests to stay at Rich Land Glamping Bali with a contribution of 31.6%. The conclusion of this study is that the electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on the guest's decision to stay. Suggestions from researchers for management so that electronic word of mouth owned by Richland Glamping Bali can be used as a strategy to influence tourists' decisions to stay so that room occupancy rates can increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan tamu. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Puri Saron Hotel Seminyak dengan sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 30 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Seluruh data yang diperoleh dari distribusi kuisoner layak digunakan, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Fasilitas (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan tamu (Y). Abstract

Employee engagement is a strategic factor for the hospitality industry because service quality is greatly influenced by employee commitment and involvement. This study aims to develop an employee engagement measurement model specifically for Generation Z employees at Villa Seminyak using the Gallup Q12 instrument. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach through the distribution of questionnaires to 34 Gen Z employees. The results show that the Basic Needs (Q1–Q2) and Teamwork (Q7–Q10) dimensions obtained the highest scores, while the Growth dimension (Q11–Q12) was the weakest aspect. These findings confirm that Gen Z requires role clarity, social support, and a collaborative work environment, but has high demands on career development and coaching. This study produces a Gen Z Employee Engagement model based on the Gallup Q12 combined with the psychological context and generational characteristics. This model can be used as a basis for developing HR strategies to improve employee engagement and hotel service quality

Abstract

Glamorous Camping or known as Glamping is a new trend in traveling. Glamping has emerged as a global trend in outdoor tourism. The Glamping trend emerged with the increasing tourist demand for comfort and luxury in the nature-based tourism sector. The millennial generation is relatively braver when traveling if compared to the previous generation, commonly known as generation X. Generation X prefers travel with the aim of relaxation, it is contrast to the millennial generation who prefers challenges. This study aims to determine the perception of millennial tourists towards glamping accommodation in the Kintamani area. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method where data is obtained through a questionnaire with five indicators related to glamping accommodation including glamping facilities, glamping cleanliness, environment and landscape, glamping management services and interior design and glamping buildings. The results showed that millennial tourists responded with a value of 4.46 which was in a very good interval. In future development, it is necessary to suggest special training for the staff in each glamping area in the Kintamani area, additional parking areas and arrangement of access to the glamping area and the need for data collection on each glamping accommodation in the Kintamani area.
