Abstract

This research examines three teaching methods in Islamic education for a better understanding of effective learning methods. The focus is on Surah An-Nahl, verse 125, and the interpretation of Al-Misbah. Data was obtained through content analysis related to teaching methods and the interpretation of verse 125. The researcher used secondary sources of information such as books and relevant articles. Data analysis was conducted using Tafsir Ijmal to understand the essence of the Quran as a clear guide for life. The method of hikmah emphasizes fundamental understanding through knowledge and righteous actions. The method of mau'izhah requires support from experience and role modeling, but it should be avoided if incomplete. The method of jidal introduces knowledge and stimulates students' interest through variation and evaluation. Its implementation should allow for critical thinking. The verse expresses three approaches in Quranic education: hikmah, mau'izhah hasanah, and jidal. Their application requires deep knowledge, good morals, the use of appropriate words, and a proportional attitude. Education with gentle words is more effective in fostering peace.

Abstract

Patience and gratitude are noble traits approved by Allah SWT as a means to strengthen one's faith and devotion to the Lord. These qualities elevate His servants in His eyes and guarantee them a place in paradise. This explicitly illustrates the beauty of patience and gratitude as manifestations of Allah's mercy towards His servants. This article aims to describe the beauty of patience and gratitude based on the perspectives of the Quran and the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, particularly the essence of the Hadith narrated by Abu Yahya Shuhaib Bin Sinan found in Muslim's Hadith collection. This research falls under the category of literature review. In Islamic teachings, patience (sabr) is considered a highly esteemed attribute. The Holy Quran and the sayings of Prophet Muhammad provide guidance to the Muslim community to practice patience in the face of trials and life's challenges. Endurance in coping with various tribulations is viewed as an indicator of strong faith and a means to attain great rewards in the hereafter. Allah SWT states in the Quran, Surah Al-Baqarah (2:153), "O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient." Additionally, the virtue of gratitude (al-shukr) is also emphasized in Islamic teachings. Allah SWT repeatedly reminds humankind to express gratitude for the blessings bestowed upon them.

Abstract

Abstract

In recent years, virtual assistants have become an integral part of everyday life, simplifying routine tasks and allowing users to focus on more important matters. This research aiming to design GiggleGate, a virtual desktop assistant integrated with both face and speech recognition technology to enhance authentication security. The objective is to develop an authentication system that not only verifies user identity but also provides a more intuitive experience and seamless interaction. The research employs a development methodology to create and implement the system, which integrates face recognition via OpenCV and speech recognition via a Python library. The findings indicate that the integration of these technologies enhances security and user experience by offering dual-factor authentication. The system is expected to contribute to more secure and accessible virtual assistant applications, offering both a practical and efficient solution for users. The implications of this study suggest that the combination of face and speech recognition can provide an effective means to protect user privacy and improve the overall functionality of desktop assistants.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the functionality of the Bakkar website using the Black Box Testing method and the Equivalence Partitioning technique. The primary focus of testing lies in the login and registration features, which are critical components of user interaction. Equivalence Partitioning was employed to divide input data into valid and invalid partitions, allowing for efficient test case coverage without sacrificing thoroughness. In total, 17 test scenarios were designed to represent various user input conditions. The results showed that 15 out of 17 test cases were executed successfully, resulting in a success rate of 88.24%. The two failed scenarios revealed that the system lacked clear feedback when handling invalid inputs, such as incorrectly formatted emails or insufficient password length. These outcomes highlight the need for better input validation and more informative error messages to improve system reliability and user experience. Overall, the findings demonstrate that the Equivalence Partitioning technique is effective for identifying functional issues in web applications and can be a practical approach for similar testing contexts.
