Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memberikan dampak signifikan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk bidang pendidikan. Namun, tidak semua elemen pendidikan paham mengenai penggunaan teknologi seperti aplikasi pengolah kata Microsoft Word. Hal tersebut dikarenakan keterbatasan infrastruktur dan sumber daya yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu, Tim MBKM Bina Desa Sumberbendo melakukan pelatihan dasar penggunaan Microsoft Word pada siswa SD Negeri I dan II Sumberbendo. Dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan potensi generasi muda. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dengan 2 tahapan yakni persiapan dan pelaksanaan. Pelatihan Microsoft Word dilakukan beberapa tahapan yaitu pengenalan menu dan fitur, pelatihan mengatur toolbar, pelatihan membuat tabel dan memasukkan gambar, serta pelatihan menyimpan dokumen di Microsoft Word. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan hasil yang positif dari para siswa karena mereka cepat tanggap dalam memahami pelatihan yang disampaikan dan hasil yang dikerjakan sesuai dengan penjelasan yang dijabarkan. Namun, ada beberapa juga yang kurang paham dan ragu-ragu ketika disuruh mencoba. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi terdapat 29 anak dari 30 anak dapat mengoperasikan serta menyelesaikan 4 tes tersebut atau kurang lebih 95% keberhasilan dari pelatihan ini. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa para siswa SDN Sumberbendo I dan SDN Sumberbendo II mampu menggunakan Microsoft Word sebagai media pengolah kata serta mampu melakukan pembuatan paragraf dan tugas dengan menggunakan Microsoft Word.

Abstract

Public services are one of the most important things needed by the community, one of which is health services. Health services in the city of Surabaya are considered inappropriate due to lack of communication between service providers and recipients, inadequate infrastructure facilities, and the use of digital technology is not optimal. Therefore, the government seeks to evaluate through the Public Service Implementation Performance Monitoring and Evaluation (PEKPPP) program in order to improve the performance of public service implementation. This study aims to find out and analyze the implementation of the PEKPPP program at the Jagir Health Center. This research method uses qualitative descriptive research through observation, interviews, and documents. The theory used is the theory of policy implementation by Edward III which consists of four variables, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Service Implementation Performance (PEKPPP) program at the Jagir Health Center can be said to be successful as a whole because it is able to improve the quality of public services through improving and improving the lack of supporting data. Where there is good communication between policy implementers and service users, adequate resources with their respective responsibilities in providing services, the disposition of human resources who provide full support for the implementation of the program, and a bureaucratic structure with a clear division of authority.

Abstract

Violence against children in Indonesia is still a serious issue that requires deep attention. In addition to violence, the low welfare of adolescents is a serious challenge in Indonesia. Seeing the various problems experienced by children, especially at the local level, the Surabaya City Government, through the Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Service (DP3AP2KB), launched the KAS-RPA (Kampung Arek Suroboyo Friendly to Women and Children) program. To optimize the implementation of the Kasrpa Program, active collaboration is needed between implementers, including the implementation of the Kasrpa Program implemented in the Kandangan RW 01 sub-district which won the General Champion "Best of the Best" in the KASRPA 2024 Pratama category. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. To measure the collaboration carried out using the collaborative governance theory by (Ansell & Gash, 2008). The results of the study indicate that Collaboration between implementers in terms of Initial Conditions, Institutional Design, Facilitative Leadership, and Collaboration Process has been implemented well.
