Abstract

The aim of this study is to provide sustainable solutions in adaptation strategies in Islamic education management in dealing with social controversies. This study is based on the importance of adaptive management in improving the quality of education from social and technological progress. With a research design using qualitative methods and a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews with several informants, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used the Milles and Hubarman model, namely an interactive model including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that inclusive curriculum is designed to accommodate social and cultural diversity. Digital technology is used to enrich students' learning experiences, provide wider access to educational resources, and enable a more flexible and adaptive learning process. The application of a continuous evaluation model ensures that the assessment of the quality of education is carried out continuously by involving various school communities. These findings emphasize the importance of adapting inclusive and technology-based education strategies to ensure the relevance and quality of education amidst ever-evolving social dynamics.

Abstract

Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) ialah sebuah program yang dibentuk selaku tunjangan berbentuk pangan, yang diberi pada masyarakat dengan cara non tunai atau disebut uang elektronik yang bersumber dari pemerintah yang dibagikan pada keluarga yang kurang mampu atau Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM). Ketika pelaksanaannya, dana BPNTberbentuk e-warung membagikan bahan berwujud beras, susu, serta bahan pangan pokok lain dengan harga yang sama dengan nominal dana tunjangan. Tetapi masih terdapat masyarakat miskin yang belum teridentifikasi serta terverifikasi bahwasanya warga tekait benar-benar warga miskin yang pantas mendapat BPNT, dikarenakan pada pemberian keputusan penerimaan BPNT masih belum terkomputerisasi serta pencatatannya masih berwujud kertas, maka memerlukan periode yang panjang saat mengolahnya. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan suati sistem yang disebut Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yaitu langkah-langkah guna menemukan solusi untuk sebuah permasalahan di mana proses pengerjaannya dilaksanakan dengan mempergunakan penyelesaian yang selaras dengan teknis kerja komputer. SPK bisa berjalan optimal apabila mempergunakan metode. Pada studi ini penulis menetapkan pilihan pada Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yaitu suatu prosedur yang bisa diterapkan pada proses menyelesaikan serta melengkapi SPK. Metode ini mempunyai teknis kerja yang mempergunakan kalkulasi matematika. Dari hasil pengujian menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting didapat calon Penerima dana BPNT paling baik ialah A6 dengan nama Almi dan A2 dengan nama Tayem dengan nilai 1.00 selaku peringkat pertama.

Abstract

This study aims to provide solutions for Islamic education in addressing the transformation of pesantren in the digital era by exploring collaborative approaches to building a balanced digital pesantren, where technology integration is carried out without sacrificing Islamic values. This research design uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The source of informants of this research is the caregivers and students of Mabadiul Ihsan, which is to explore their role in supporting the transformation of pesantren in the digital era. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observations, and document studies to provide a comprehensive and in-depth understanding in the research of Pesantren Transformation in the Digital Age Solutions and Threats for Islamic Education. The data analysis technique in this study uses Miles and Huberman, this analysis process involves three main stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. digital technology allows the adoption of modern learning methods, such as blended learning and distance learning, thereby increasing access and effectiveness of education. However, this change also presents challenges in the form of reduced direct interaction and the need to strengthen character education to maintain the traditional values of pesantren. Keywords: Pesantren Transformation; Digital Era; Islamic Education; Digital Technology; Islamic Values.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi bagi pendidikan Islam dalam menyikapi transformasi pesantren di era digital, dengan mengeksplorasi pendekatan kolaboratif untuk membangun pesantren digital yang berimbang, di mana integrasi teknologi dilakukan tanpa mengorbankan nilai-nilai Islam. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber informan penelitian ini adalah pengasuh dan santri Mabadiul Ihsan, yaitu untuk mengeksplorasi peran mereka dalam mendukung transformasi pesantren di era digital. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif dan mendalam dalam penelitian transformasi pesantren di era digital solusi dan ancaman bagi pendidikan Islam. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Miles dan Huberman, proses analisis ini melibatkan tiga tahap utama, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Teknologi digital memungkinkan diadopsinya metode pembelajaran modern, seperti blended learning dan distance learning, sehingga meningkatkan akses dan efektivitas pendidikan. Namun perubahan ini juga menghadirkan tantangan berupa berkurangnya interaksi langsung dan perlunya penguatan pendidikan karakter untuk mempertahankan nilai-nilai tradisional pesantren. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the educational strategies implemented at Al-Kautsar Islamic Boarding School in shaping future leaders based on Islamic values. The main focus of this study includes three aspects: strengthening foreign languages, integration of religious and general subjects, and a contextual approach through evaluation and self-development of santri. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with caregivers, teachers, and santri, as well as observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which consists of three main steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that foreign language strengthening is carried out through language zone programs and international student exchanges. Santri are accustomed to using Arabic and English actively in daily life, which aims to form self-confidence and global da'wah abilities. This strategy creates an immersive environment that encourages natural and contextualized language use. The integration of religious and general studies is implemented by inserting Islamic values in science and technology materials, so that students are able to see science as part of the signs of Allah's greatness. Meanwhile, the contextual approach and evaluation system based on Islamic values are carried out through weekly muhasabah, moral evaluation, and continuous character building. This strategy plays an important role in shaping the personality of students who are disciplined, responsible, and have good character.
