Abstract

Kondisi fisik adalah faktor utama yang perlu diperhatikan sebelum mempelajari teknik, taktik dan mental. Karena menjadi seorang atlet yang profesional dan berprestasi hal yang paling utama dimiliki adalah kondisi fisik yang prima. Terutama pada cabang olahraga pencak silat dimana kondisi fisik merupakan suatu tolak ukur awal untuk menunjang latihan teknik, taktik dan strategi. Aspek keseluruhan tersebut sangat perlu dikuasai oleh masing-masing dari setiap individu supaya pada saat pertandingan atlet bisa menampilkan performa yang terbaik. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kondisi fisik fisik atlet di MTs Negeri 1 Sumenep. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah dengan power point. Hasil kegiatan ini menjukkan pemahaman baru mengenai porsi latihan yang baik dan sesuai porsinya dengan umur atlet, karena supaya tidak ada kesalah dalam memberikan latihan kepada atlet.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud mengetahui model dari pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT pada motivasi siswa dalam belajar pencak silat berdasarkan masalah pada siswa kelas XI semester I di SMA Negeri 2 Sumenep. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan survey dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes angket motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dimana populasi yang digunakan adalah semua kelas XI semester I di SMA Negeri 2 Sumenep. Analisis deskriptif dalam bentuk angka-angka presentase dengan proses penghitungan manual dan menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh data sebagai berikut: motivasi intrinsik siswa di pembelajaran pencak silat kategori sangat baik nilai 89-120 frekuensi 66 memperoleh presentase 52% dan kategori baik nilai 57-88 frekuensi 60 memperoleh presentase 48% dan motivasi ekstrinsik siswa pada saat pembelajaran pencak silat kategori sangat baik frekuensi 73 memperoleh presentase 58% dan kategori baik frekuensi 53 memperoleh presentase 42%. Dari hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dapat memotivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran pencak silat dilihat dari hasil presentase yang tinggi adalah kategori baik dari motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the achievement of learning outcomes for crescent kick skills in pencak silat through the application of the model.Problem Based Learningfor PHASE C students (grade 6)SDN Romben Rana 571, Dungkek District, Sumenep Regencyacademic year 2024–2025. The method used isclassroom action researchwith a cycle approach that includes the stages of observation and reflection. Based on the results of the analysis at the pre-cycle stage or initial observation, it is known that only 6 out of 16 students (38%) achieved completion, while 10 students (63%) have not completed. In cycle 1 there was an increase, where 12 students (75%) achieved completion and 4 students (25%) had not. Then in cycle 2, learning outcomes showed a very significant increase, with all students (100%) successfully achieving completion. From these findings it can be concluded that the implementation ofmodel Problem Based Learningeffective in improving learning outcomes of straight kick skills in pencak silat.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the inhibiting factors of fourth and fifth grade students in learning mini volleyball at SDIT Pangarangan Sumenep. The study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The research subjects were 51 students who were determined through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire that had undergone content validity and reliability tests with a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.872. The instrument included internal factors (psychological and physical) as well as external factors (social, environmental, and cultural). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with a percentage technique. The results showed that the dominant obstacles were found in internal factors, especially physical (59%) and psychological (51%) indicators. In external factors, social indicators showed obstacles of 57%, while environmental indicators were relatively lower (45%). These findings indicate that learning obstacles are multidimensional and influenced by the interaction of individual student readiness and learning environment support. This study provides practical implications for physical education teachers to modify learning tools and approaches that are more adaptive in order to improve the effectiveness of mini volleyball learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this final project research is to analyse the relationship between academic stress, sleep quality, sense of belonging on campus, and symptoms of depression among students of the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Programme at PGRI University Sumenep. Furthermore, this study employs a quantitative approach with a correlational design and utilises Structural Equation Modelling analysis through Partial Least Squares. Data collection was conducted on 250 students using stratified random sampling techniques. The results indicate that academic stress has a positive effect on depressive symptoms, while sleep quality and campus belonging act as mediators, thereby mitigating the negative impact of stress on depressive symptoms. The implication of these findings is that higher stress tends to exacerbate symptoms of depression, while sleep quality and social attachment to campus are able to mediate its impact. The principles of stress management are also discussed, emphasising the importance of improving sleep quality and social attachment to campus in order to reduce the strong negative impact of stress on symptoms of depression.
