Abstract

Media literacy is usually consumed by adults parents, because the term media literacy is obtained in the student environment, but over time media literacy has also reached the community. With the rapid development in broadcasting and publishing, it is now able to bring changes to the joints of life. Media literacy is one form of community effort in maintaining positive values as wise media users. With the development and progress of the times that have given rise to technology, it now gives a very big change and is able to lead all divisions in the lives of Indonesian people. Considered in children and adolescents who are elements for Indonesian society. Considered in children and adolescents who are elements for Indonesian society. One of the state assets that ensures the continuity of leadership is adolescents, so what is used as an agent of change is a gradual study of media literacy, and is expected to ensure critical adolescents in becoming media users. In combating mass media exposure, media literacy activities carried out by the community make protection for audiences from attacks broadcast by mass media. media activities in Indonesia are more feared for fear of causing negative impacts on a group of people who are easily affected by negative content. Parents who care about their children will not provide physical health alone, but maintain mental health as well. And because his awareness of his child's education is very large, parents there are aware that his role as the person in charge for the implementation of media literacy is himself because the child's character is fully formed from an early age from what he hears and what he sees. If it is good that he sees and hears, then it is good for the character that is formed.

Abstract

Religious moderation is the most important key in maintaining harmony and harmony in a diverse society to prevent radicalism. Religious moderation and tolerance are two different and different things. Religious moderation is a path that consists of several stages that must be passed, while tolerance is the result of the stages that have been passed before. From religious moderation, an attitude of tolerance will be formed between fellow human beings, so that harmony between religious communities will be created which will later function to strengthen the unity and unity of the Indonesia nation. Humans are required to interact to meet their needs in society. Relations between religious people are based on the principle of good brotherhood, working together to face enemies and defending those who suffer. Religious harmony is needed in establishing good relationships in community life. In this context, it is discussed that this research is an inculcation of the value of tolerance between religious communities.

Abstract

The young generation growing up in this area often has limited access to quality education, especially religious education. This phenomenon is a serious problem in various regions including North Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to analyze the crisis of Islamic education in the young generation that occurred in Tanjung Beringin Plantation Village. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the analysis used is interactive data analysis with stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data sources used in this study were obtained from primary data sources through interviews and secondary data obtained from books and journals related to the discussion. The results of the study showed that several results were found, including: Lack of educators, The importance of government support, The unavailability of non-formal Islamic educational institutions, Lack of parental roles. The solution that can be given to overcome some of the above is to provide non-formal Islamic religious education institutions that are complete with various facilities and teachers who have abilities in the field of religion.
